I noticed that Ireena can be set under prone and unconscious by right clicking and adding the statuses. Don't have to tell the players she had been bitten yet of course. (11:20) After running the game twice, this reloaded version is definitely a refresher and I can't wait to run it. Amazing work!
Because I've got linked Actor Data, if I "prone" Ireena in one scene, she gets Proned in others, so I decided to leave her until the party hit that scene at the Burgomasters' and then apply the status.
Oh hey! You used my Barovia village siege battle map! Lovely to see that out in the wild. Glad it’s gotten some use. The google drive folder has been updated with ungridded versions of things, just so you know. The roofs layer should work properly now. If you need any other specific things for this project, please let me know. Right now I’m working on a remake of the blue water inn with the sizes of the furniture adjusted, because the core map (and others that copy it exactly) just DO NOT fit with tokens, particularly if you’re using top down figures instead of portraits.

I'm getting ready to run Curse of Strahd with the new 2024 rules (i.e., Foundry DnD 4.x), so this is super helpful! I've downloaded the module and things seem to be working well! The only issue I see so far is the Wolves in the "Wolf Battle" scene are missing the Actor reference. When I try to double click on them to open their stat sheet, I get the following error "This Token references an Actor which no longer exists within the World." I do see a Wolf actor in the Actors --> CG-COS-Actors --> Intro --> Monsters folder, so maybe you accidentally included Wolves from a separate compendium. Other than that, I AM LOVING THIS! THANK YOU!!
Oh yeah, it's a LOT of hours. But I'd be doing a lot of it for my own players, and not everyone has that time to give to the game - so a bit of extra effort for you guys to enjoy it too. So worth it. And repay people like yourself that have supported me from the very early days.
