Also, ice can help stop it as well. Don’t pinch the nose or hold the head backwards, you’ll lean forward instead. Avoid aspirin and try not to swallow any blood.
If you do swallow the blood it'll clot up in the esophogus and then your body will emit it out of the mouth most of the time. Depends how much you swallow. Blood will clot even outside of the body. I've had enough extreme anterior nosebleeds to say this.

I had nosebleed since I was 10 years old, not much only rarely. And i discovered i had Hypertension. My mom has Anemia, and my uncle has Hyperglycemia; but my grandfather had some bleeding disorder in his legs.
