      Definitely look into it. I had a bleeding nose issue when I was in 1st grade, I'm not really sure why but in elementary school it was a lot more common for me. I think my nose got very dry and irritated when it was cold and I would use a lot of tissues. It just went away eventually, haven't had the issue really since 2nd or 3rd grade. Not sure why or how. @@salysedseds4100

If you just eat lemon each day whether it be in your water or over your food or eaten by the wedge, (yuck), it will fulfill your daily requirement of vitamin C.

    I had chronic nosebleeds throughout my youth and never "grew out of it" as doctors hoped. In my mid 20's a nutritionalist suggested it may be a vitamin B complex deficiency. Put me on a "milkshake" of brewers yeast, lecithin granules, & protein powder + a few other items - awful taste but I stuck with it! As long as I did one per week, no more nosebleeds! Now I take 5 or 6 brewers yeast tablets every other day with a meal and that keeps them away. If I stop for a couple months, they start coming back until I get back on the tablets! Works for me...

    My son would get nosebleeds almost daily when he was a child. His pediatrician said it was likely because he picked his nose, but it often happened while he was sleeping or just spontaneously when he wasn’t picking his nose, and would gush. There were blood stains on a lot of his clothes and bedding. I’ve always wondered if there was something more serious going on, like some kind of deficiency. 🤔

      C.K. Welch Tylenol is an acetaminophen and it most certainly does thin the blood. It also has extremely high sulfur content that is dangerous for those who have an allergy or intolerance to sulfur. Sulfur thins the blood.

    A couple of years before my first husband passed, he had a hideous nosebleed that started on his job. It was more of a hemorrhage. He was in the hospital for a few days and before it stopped, a transfusion was being considered. I don't remember the doctor saying exactly what caused it, but we were willing to go to surgery to get a better look . It was the scariest thing we ever experienced. He said that his paternal grandmother had a couple of them too...really scary stuff.

      Was the bleed and his death linked? I've heard that spontaneous nosebleeds in older people are a sign of approaching death.

    • @lindahandley5267
      @lindahandley5267 4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @Catherine, no, he was 47 and died at age 50 from a sudden heart attack. He refused to go to doctors. I was nursing at the time and kept an eye on his b/p, which was always good. The night before he died, he had come in from work and barely mentioned his shoulder had been hurting. For some reason, fear grabbed my stomach. I thoroughly questioned him about it and for him to even mention it, it must have been pretty bad. I checked his vital signs and MADE him promise me that he would let me take him to the doctor the next morning. Surprisingly, he agreed. On his way out of town the next morning, he and his construction crew stopped for coffee. He picked up his cup, was laughing and talking and collapsed. CPR was started immediately and the ambulance got there quickly. They could never establish a rhythm in his heart. I wish that he'd taken better care of himself. I really tried. I'm sure he had several blockages that could have been fixed. I miss him terribly. But, as to your question, the nosebleed could have been a warning.

    I remember waking up one morning at the age of around 14-15, with a blood soaked pillow and face. It was quite scary... atleast 2-3 deciliters of blood, maybe more. My nose must've been pouring blood during the night but i didn't wake up. I've never had that happen since.

    Even though I have high blood pressure I have discovered that garlic (certain strain intensities) seems to thin my blood and I will experience nose bleeds for a while then after no garlic they go away.

    I get nosebleeds every day idk why. I have extremely low blood pressure and I eat a lot of green veggies 🥺. Maybe it’s the dry air. Idk.

    Watching this with a Bloody nose. Thought it was due to the heater being to high. I'm not taking any of the meds you mentioned.
    I do eat veges. I did have a headache yesterday and took generic Tylenol. Those are once in a blue moon. But I'm still going to say it's the heater.
    Love your Channel. Merry Christmas to you and your Family l

      You're probably right. I used to live in a house with natural gas heating and I had nosebleeds constantly until I added a humidifier. I'm guessing that you're having the same issue.

    I don't get just nosebleeds. I get broken blood vessels that are alleviated when a hideous vein emerges. What's that about?

    Oooh. I added literally half a teaspoon of Dijon mustard to my homemade mayonnaise. Didn't think anything of it. A few hours later my nose just started bleeding. So, off to Dr Berg's channel I went and blow me down he has the answer! Sulphites! What I thought was a clean mustard product turned out not to be. I also wonder if K1 could be a factor. I have a hard time eating veggies as they give me digestive issues. Would supplementing with K2 help?

    I had prolific nose bleeds as a kid- some of them were really long and would get pulled out of the back of my throat up my nostrils, then had my nose cauterized and it did nothing but when my mother stopped giving me daily aspirin as a supposed preventative for colds etc.

    • @bratmari
      @bratmari ปีที่แล้ว

      Wrong it's poison that causes it. Usually vaccine related. But environmental toxins too. They obviously stress the body
