Put me on a "milkshake" of brewers yeast, lecithin granules, & protein powder + a few other items - awful taste but I stuck with it! As long as I did one per week, no more nosebleeds! Now I take 5 or 6 brewers yeast tablets every other day with a meal and that keeps them away. If I stop for a couple months, they start coming back until I get back on the tablets! Works for me...

Hey dr berg, can you talk about the storage of vitamins and minerals? Like how long are they stored, what is needed to store more from the foods that youre eating, what prevents storing it, and where are they stored?
C.K. Welch Tylenol is an acetaminophen and it most certainly does thin the blood. It also has extremely high sulfur content that is dangerous for those who have an allergy or intolerance to sulfur. Sulfur thins the blood.

Good morning
Hi, is there an easy way to do controlled bleeding? you may ask why, cause I need to loose some extra iron in blood. If you say donate blood, the problem is that it is complicated here in germany and I don't have the time and money to do it. Thanks in advance.
