- In this video, you can learn 30 common beginner yoga poses that you’ll probably see in almost every yoga class. I’m not going to go into details about the correct alignment and modifications of each pose, because I want to keep this video short. This is just to help you become more familiar with the most common yoga poses, so you don’t feel lost when you go into your first yoga class.
NOTE: this video is just for demonstration, not for practice. You don't need to practice these poses in this particular order or hold them for a number of breaths.

But before all of that, we must take a few breathes. Enhale and exhale for a couple of times. This pose is actually called Easy Pose.
These positions should be held for atleast 10 seconds.
This is called Mountain Pose.
The Plank Pose, The Warrior Two, The Tree Pose, and lastly, The Staff Position.
