    i did an insane piyo class last night and im in agony. this routine is sheer bliss - looks like i might just pull through. Your way of getting into chair is genius or it least suits me better than my normal practice. thankyou

    Uliana hey! Just wondering: I've had a chronic hip problem for over a year and cannot do any poses with a bend in the legs.
    Would you consider making a "hip friendly" sequence please?

    Yoga must be done on empty stomach. Either morning or evening. Try to keep the original names of yoga in sanskriti, (as well as English names) to make it authentic. Yoga is not just stretching exercise, its a spiritual practice. Yoga has profound impact on mind and the body.
