It’s good to see French people asking the sheikh questions. I think Muslims who live in a country that attacks Muslims shouldn’t ask questions to the shouyoukh that lives in their country because the probability that they will deform Islam just to not be imprisoned is high. So if you live in a country that oppress Muslims, ask questions to foreign shouyoukh that are familiar with the waqi3 of your country. And Allah knows best.

In countries like Brazil wearing a hijab as a revert with no family and no Muslim friends is the same as putting a target on your head. Please brothers and sisters have mercy on people who do not dispose of the same cultural fabric and social constructs and facilities you do.

It depends on the reason. It's haram either way not to wear it but some don't wear hijab out of cowardice, as they are living in a non-Muslim society and don't want to be a target. Then there's others who justify not wearing it, trying to make halal what is haram.

We dont give the daughter as trash. Like omg. You think almost 2 billion people are retarded and youre the enlightened one? Maybe you misunderstood? Islamically the men are obligated to provide, swrve and protect their women. When the daughter is born that responsibility and obligation lands automatically on the father (or father figure). Its only upon marriage that they move this obligation and the new husband gets it.
Women in islam have a voice and if working husbnd or father dont to even have the right know how much she earns or what she has. If she WILLS to help out in the family it counts as charity.
Please learn about islam from actual muslims amd if ypu get hung up on smth its probsbly because smth triggered you. Islam is anything but opressive to women or misogynistic. In fact i dare to say that the western standard of women pushed to be equals to men is the problem.
Having cognitive equality is not the same as todays feminism that freezes the womens eggs so they can work till their bodies cant make babies anymore. Or forcing women to work to be labled anything but unemployed becausw omg sje descided to raise the upcoming generation and care for her kuds although she has an education that gets her a 9-5 to slave away her life till pension at almost 70yo. How dare she.

In Islam the Father is responsible over his daughter before marriage, and after marriage the husband is responsible. When people say "give away", it means the responsibility of taking care, the authority to provide, protect and discipline the woman goes to to the husband. If you have a problem with this you should have a problem with every religion, as every religion is patriarchal in nature

You're great at jumping into conclusions aren't you. Anyways, this norm that you label as "father giving away his daughter" has many positive sides for the daughter, one of them is safety. Meaning, a man cannot get a girl without the permission of the girl's father. A father is a man, a man understands men more than women do, men know men better than women do. I think I don't need to explain more, use common sense and logical thinking. Bye

But that's on theory just to tell other non hijabi sisters you can be better many other hijabis and of course you should also be doing hijab but because since you can look for a woman who does all of the above plus wears hijab so go for it.

every madhab, all schools of thought agree that the covering of the face is mandatory. the evidence from the quran proves the same
    quran 33:53
“O believers! Do not enter the homes of the Prophet without permission ˹and if invited˺ for a meal, do not ˹come too early and˺ linger until the meal is ready. But if you are invited, then enter ˹on time˺. Once you have eaten, then go on your way, and do not stay for casual talk. Such behaviour is truly annoying to the Prophet, yet he is too shy to ask you to leave. But Allah is never shy of the truth. And when you ˹believers˺ ask his wives for something, ask them from behind a barrier. This is purer for your hearts and theirs. And it is not right for you to annoy the Messenger of Allah, nor ever marry his wives after him. This would certainly be a major offence in the sight of Allah.”
    - and when you believers ask his wives for something, ask them from behind a barrier. the evidence is clear, there needs to be a barrier between them, so that NOTHING is seen, this includes the face because a barrier covers everything
furthermore just 6 verses later, this is what allah ﷻ has ordered the believing women to do and not just the wives of the prophet ﷺ
    33:59
“O Prophet! Ask your wives, daughters, and believing women to draw their cloaks over their bodies. In this way it is more likely that they will be recognized ˹as virtuous˺ and not be harassed. And Allah is All-Forgiving, Most Merciful.”
    - drawing their cloaks over their bodies means only one thing; that the body AND the face must be covered. the evidence for this is one sentence later as well as in the tafaseer of the quran. the next sentence allah ﷻ says is to cover because you’ll be recognized as virtuous and not harassed. if the face is visible then harassment is still possible. people know who the woman is and can then find out what family she comes from, where she lives, her friends etc, therefore it is absolutely mandatory to cover the face
    - furthermore the evidence from the tafaseer the quran suggest the same.
The words used in the command about the Hijab of free women in the verse under study (59) appear as follows: يُدْنِينَ عَلَيْهِنَّ مِن جَلَابِيبِهِنَّ in which the word: يُدْنِينَ (yudnina) has been derived from: اِذنَا (idna) which literally means to draw, pull or make come closer. The second word: عَلَيْهِنَّ (` alaihinn) means 'on' or 'over themselves' (hanging as a screen for the face). The third word: جَلَابِيبِ (jalabib) in: جِلبَاب (jalabibihinn) is the plural form of: جِلبَاب (jilbab) which is the name of a particular long sheet. Sayyidna Ibn Masud identified the form of this sheet as the one that is worn over the scarf (Ibn Kathir) and Sayyidna Ibn ` Abbas ` ؓ described its form in the words given below:
    ‎اَمَرَ اللہُ نِسَاَء المُؤمِنِینَ اِذَا خَرَجنِ مَن بُیُتِھِنَّ فِی حَاجَۃِ اَن یُّغَطِّینِ وُجُوھَھُنَّ مِن فَوقِ رُؤسِھِنَّ بالجَلَابِیبِ وَیُبدِینَ عَیناً وَاحِدَۃَ (ابن کثیر)
"Allah Ta’ ala commanded women of the believers that, when they go out of their homes to take care of some need, they hide their faces with the long sheet (hanging down) from over their heads leaving only one eye open (to see the way)." - (Ibn Kathir)
And Imam Muhammad Ibn Sirin says: 'When I asked ` Ubaidah Salmani ؓ about the meaning of this verse and the nature of Hijab, he demonstrated it by hiding his face with the long sheet pulled from the top of his head and left to hang in front of it - and thus, by keeping only his left eye open to see, he explained the words: idna': (bring close) and: jilbab (long sheet or shawl) practically .'
'To have the long sheet come from over the head and hand on, or in front of, the face' which appears in the statement of Sayyidna Ibn ` Abbas and ` Ubaidah Salmani is the explanation (Tafsir) of the Qur'anic word: عَلَيْهِنَّ (alaihinn: over them), that is, the sense of bringing the sheet close over them is to let the sheet come from over the head and hang on, or in front of, the face.
This verse commands the hiding of the face with ample clarity which comprehensively supports what has been stated under the commentary on the first verse of Hijab appearing earlier. There it was said that, though the face and the palms of the hands are not included under satr as such but, under the apprehension of fitnah, hiding these too is necessary. Only situations of compulsion stand exempted.
when excluding the quran and the tafseer and thinking purely from a logical standpoint. the face of the woman statistically speaking is where 70% of her beauty resides. her figure, her attitude, her hair are all secondary samples of attraction. when you get married to a woman, the first thing you and your parents would look for is beauty. therefore from a purely logical perspective, if the body must be covered, so too should the face
furthermore, when i personally went to saudi arabia, every woman wore a niqab along with the hijab. those people understand arabic in their own language without needing a translation or a tafsir. if those women with better understanding of the quran wear a niqab and you with limited knowledge don’t, you should re evaluate your closeness to the quran and sunnah.

@@ibrahim_-_-_ when you quote the hadiths, include where they actually came from and their grading on trustworthiness plz.
If a verse or hadith says to cover the body, then it means to cover the body. If it meant to cover the face then they would have said so. From the Quran, we get the rulings on the hijab I'm a very straightforward manner. For women, it is to cover from the neck to the wrists and ankles and of course to cover their hair too. If covering the face was part of the requirements, then it would have been mentioned.
Regarding the hadiths about the wives of the prophet pbuh, I don't see anything regarding women in general. The wives of the prophet pbuh were subject to much higher expectations than regular women. If the typical nature of interaction between any man and woman was to have a barrier between them when they interact, then that would have been specified but that isn't the case because there are so many hadiths and verses where men and women interact directly in public and it isn't criticised. Understanding verses and hadiths is very important but extrapolating them and deciding whether those extrapolations are haram or halal is dangerous.
