ilaaaha or Elaaha = El-allah ( Egyptian Arabic ) = The God ,
Indeed-- laaa ilaaaha illaa Allah Meaning -- No Egyptian El-allah except Meccan Al-allah ,
or No Egyptian El-allah only Meccan Al-allah ,
or No El-allah except Allah ,--------------

Dude you can't just ask a question and answer it yourself. And you are wrong. You can't just take one language and make other meaning from another language. Where did you even get those thoughts?
Let's say I am saying Arabic La is not a proper word in English. So does that mean it's wrong to say in Arabic? You are doing just this. With close language. Like bangla and hindi many things look common but with different meaning. You can't just do that without any evidence.
