Just made this now and it's freezing. Can't wait to try it tomorrow!! The base tasted so good so I know it will be delicious. The only thing I didn't do was separate the two bases and just made one large blueberry ice cream base because I only have a few bowls haha. This would be so good with frozen strawberries, raspberries, or cherries. I love your recipes!

@@thepeddler9226 figs are not keto. However, if you use them in a recipe and have it with portion control, it should not kick you out of ketosis as long as you have been in ketosis for an extended period of time.

I just made this and it’s freezer now can’t wait to taste !! However I did lick the bowl yum!! Lol also I learned if your heavy whipped cream if it’s not cold enough it won’t peak fully so make sure it’s cold !
Thank you so much dear! You can use erythritol or any sweetener of choice but pls take note that it will freeze hard as rock and you may have to thaw them for about an hour or two depending on the temperature of your home to make it scoopable but nevertheless it will still be delicious.❤️🤗😋

i was just about to post a comment about this, did you use allulose or another sweetener? allulose is only about 2/3 as sweet as erythritol so if the recipe is based off allulose, you’d probably need to use less of another sugar substitute...
@@carrielikethemovie13 I used stevia/erythritol mix. Expensive stuff, so using less helps us and also cuts down on the aftertaste of the sweetener. Using 50ish grams the 2nd time we made it. Taste much better to us.
I can not wait to make this! I have a couple questions First. I LOVE every item you cook with, are you willing to add links to your whisk hand mixer, your hand wisks and lastly the tins you bake in and the tubs you store your ice cream in! I'm obsessed! Second, allulose seems to be a new sweetner you are using. Do you find that it is more palatable? Like less cooling than erythritol? Last, do you have links you can attach for where you purchase the allulose? I just made your yogurt bread. I stopped it with unsweetened coconut that I mixed with some stevia and butter for the last 10 mins of baking! Holy smokes... I'm making it again! You have great recipes that are so simple.. and you videos are addictive. Take care!!!!

this looks so good! Unfortunately the only sweetner available to me is lakanto powder and liquid stevia, could I use the lakanto as a replacement? I heard xanthan gum is good in icecreams, would you recommend adding a tiny amount to this icecream to help with texture?
Hi! Yes you can definitely use powdered Lakanto. I haven’t tried using xanthan gum into ice creams but I heard it helps with the texture. I guess you can add about 1/4-1/2 tsp of xanthan gum for the whole recipe.

i was just about to post a comment about this, did you use allulose or another sweetener? allulose is only about 2/3 as sweet as erythritol so if the recipe is based off allulose, you’d probably need to use less of another sugar substitute...
@@carrielikethemovie13 I used stevia/erythritol mix. Expensive stuff, so using less helps us and also cuts down on the aftertaste of the sweetener. Using 50ish grams the 2nd time we made it. Taste much better to us.

I can not wait to make this! I have a couple questions
First. I LOVE every item you cook with, are you willing to add links to your whisk hand mixer, your hand wisks and lastly the tins you bake in and the tubs you store your ice cream in! I'm obsessed!
Second, allulose seems to be a new sweetner you are using. Do you find that it is more palatable? Like less cooling than erythritol?
Last, do you have links you can attach for where you purchase the allulose?
I just made your yogurt bread. I stopped it with unsweetened coconut that I mixed with some stevia and butter for the last 10 mins of baking! Holy smokes... I'm making it again! You have great recipes that are so simple.. and you videos are addictive. Take care!!!!

this looks so good! Unfortunately the only sweetner available to me is lakanto powder and liquid stevia, could I use the lakanto as a replacement?
I heard xanthan gum is good in icecreams, would you recommend adding a tiny amount to this icecream to help with texture?
Hi! Yes you can definitely use powdered Lakanto. I haven’t tried using xanthan gum into ice creams but I heard it helps with the texture. I guess you can add about 1/4-1/2 tsp of xanthan gum for the whole recipe.
