I've tried it ... a great recipe, it was so delicious and perfect...appreciate your detailed instructions that help a lot in every recipe I made from your site, for my taste this recipe needs just to decrease allulose, I also added 1/8 tara gum.
I've just made this ice cream (for Easter Sunday) but, instead of pistachios, I just used almonds. (My Pistachios were not enough). I tasted before freezing and it was delicious.
So I made this! Yummy! I didn't have a proper ice cream container, (just ordered one through you though) I had a Tupperware type thing. Is the container the trick to get it creamy looking like in your video? Mine was rock hard couldn't scoop it. I cut out chunks though and after sitting for a good while it did soften, but was a little "flakey". Still delicious though! I also used salted pistachios... I love salt on my avocado but next time, I might try switching it up a bit and use unsalted nuts, cut the amount in half, and add some unsweetened coconut! :)

Can I know what sweetener did you use. If not using allulose, yes you have to thaw it a bit. It will freeze as rock but taste wise would be the same. For the “flakey” I’m not sure about that. I guess you might need to mix it more to fully incorporate all the ingredients.❤️
Hello Darryn, it will keep it’s beautiful colour even after a few mos because we added some lemon/lime.The citric acid in the juice will keep browning at bay. And store in an airtight container to get as much protection as possible. ❤️
Made it recently. So delicious and creamy🤪I added walnuts and 140 gr of powdered sugar in total, that's enough for my taste. Thank you for the recipe.
