  • In this tutorial I teach you how to doodle a handful of simple patterns. The goal is not only for you to learn a few fun new doodles, but also for you to find a healthy way to relieve stress and anxiety. Drawing and doodling can be an excellent meditative practice, and in this doodle tutorial I will encourage you to practice a little mindfulness to help you clear your thoughts and relax. For this exercise you only need a pen and a pencil, but you may also want to try using colored pencils to add color at the end. This tutorial is suitable for artists of all skill levels.

    Dogs are the best! The unconditional love they give us is so worth having them. My lab that's an large old lady has always made sounds while sleeping. As she got older the noise or snore sounds increased. What is halerious is when she starts running in her dreams. Must be chasing a hot dog or something. 😂😂 love on your doggy ❤ and hope you had a good weekend too. 😊.

    Thanks for the tutorial! I loved it. 11 is ancient for very large dogs, a lot of them only reach 7 or 8. I have a 13-year-old labrador and the older she gets, the more she sleeps and snores, haha. It’s totally normal. She also sleeps deeper.

    • @betsi_jae
      @betsi_jae  ปีที่แล้ว

      I didn’t know 11 was so old 😄. This dog of mine still hops around like a pup when I convince her to play. I believe she’s a mix between a pitbull a german shepherd, so she’s not only a big girl, but she also has a big frame.

    Also, as an adult I have learned that if I can't fix a problem in 5 minutes..then I am not going to worry over it for more than 5 minutes. Sometimes time can help us fix a problem or heal from a situation. So worrying is problematic to our mental and physical health.

      I believe you can seal the page if you really really don’t want any transfer. I personally dont mind, although I haven’t had big issues with that. All the pencils transfer a little over time anyway, but I would say a light misting of your choice sealer would likely do the trick.

    Yes, this video is longer than most that you share, and it is relaxing, but boring is not a word I would use to describe it. Familiar and comforting seem more appropriate to me😊

      Awww thank you 💜☺️💜. I suppose because I constantly see references to the MrBeast kind of content on youtube, my videos seem boring by comparison. For me personally, though, the process is calming and soothing and incredibly therapeutic. I’m glad you’re enjoying my videos.
