    I bought a RX1E pre sale 11/22 and it arrived in 05/19/23.
    The bike is a joy to ride and stress free. Low/no maintenance, throttle and break controls like a scooter, range is good for me and the fun of riding two-wheels makes me feel young (I’m 52 now).
    I charge twice a week and ride everyday to run errands, commute (3days/week), or just get out of the house.
    I based my purchase on research online, calling CSC and early reviews on YT and this channel,appreciate the hard work and quality videos you create.

    • @goostador
      @goostador 11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@spartankittygames I've ridden a few times in light rain and the bike still runs. Sidebar: I live in the South Bay of the San Francisco Bay Area and folks don't know how to drive in the rain here so I try not to ride in the rain.

    • @goostador
      @goostador 9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@Koopsstuff it's fast/zippy enough for me and my needs. I'm not a reckless driver and need to speed everywhere.
      Here in California I can legally split and filter which makes my commute/rides shorter.

      @AlexanderRiehl 9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @goostador, what kind of range are you seeing if you put it in Comfort mode and hold 65? I'm really interested in one of these, but I need to make sure I can make it to work and back (~10 minutes/5 miles city and 20 miles highway at 65), so I figure if it can do 60 miles at 65 I'm golden.

    Came for the unboxing part of the video and got my fix. Stayed for the rest of the video as always. I think this is the best all around of the electric motorcycles being offer right now when you factor in price. Thanks

      A little. The Zero cost $22k on the road, and the side boxes + top box + mounting frame came to $4000. So this Chinese replica is double the price of the Zero's boxes. But I imagine the prices all went up since I bought mine (2014).

    The more I see it, the more I want to buy one. The price is amazing, compared to others, and the 80mph top speed is perfect for my wants/needs, but the range at top speed and the overall charging speed is just not enough for me. Granted, this does make a perfect city commuter bike. I'd be sold right away if it had 100 mile range at max speed for this price.
    The perfect e-motorcycle unicorn that is this cheap, has a lot more range at higher speeds, and faster charging speeds will come a few years down the line eventually. For now, I think an ICE bike will have to be my go-to.

I’ve just gone back to school at 48 yrs old to get my electrician red seal so that will take 4 years but all is excellent so far! The Red Seal program is a joint initiative of the Canadian government and the provinces and territories. The program is managed by the Inter-provincial Red Seal Program (IRSP), which sets the national standards for apprenticeships and trade certifications.
      To obtain a Red Seal, an electrician must:
      Complete a recognized apprenticeship program
      Successfully complete the Red Seal exam
      Have a minimum of two years of on-the-job experience

      This is a proper motorcycle able to hold a position in a lane from 10mph to 80 without being in the way or constantly passed by frustrated and nervous drivers. It also has proper signals, lighting and a shape to be seen.
      Too many eBicycles have speeds that can get you into trouble but 10mph minimal bicycle lighting, reflectors and riders with little foam beanies that isn't going to save your face, neck head in a 50mph B Pillar hit or a slide.
      If getting this, and not a motorcyclist...please obtain proper training, gear and licencing.
      This is the identical frame, wheels and HP of CSCs 250cc naked sportbike...so don't kid yourself this is a park eBike.

Some of which are virtually motorcycles already, so good that I'm already licensed! Plus the riding techniques and defensive skills you learn for passing the riding exam are very transferable to any 2-wheeled vehicle you take onto the roadway.

    You're mistaken when you say the price is because of the features. The price is because of the battery. The battery alone for this bike is more than half the price. I'd like to have one of these, but I'd really like to see a long term review before investing in one. My biggest concern is how long of a lifespan that battery will have. With the cost of a replacement battery, you might be as well off to replace the whole bike. One of the biggest problems with electric vehicles is nobody really wants a used one because the batteries are so expensive to replace.

    “E-bikes are more expensive because you are paying for the convenience.”
    Is this convenience the low cruise range? Or the limited top speed? Or the long charge times while waiting to travel again? Maybe we have a different working perspective on the word “convenience.”
    I’m all for a fun EBike, but I’m not sure anything about eVehicles have reached the threshold of “convenient” just yet… someday maybe, but not yet. It’s a decent enough looking bike though, and it’s probably fun to zip around on :)

      If you swapped the tires out for something more aggressive, you could actually turn it into a bit of an adventure bike, just not for anything too long range. Adventure riding is usually slower though, so even an hour on the trail might only be 15-20 miles. There and back, 40 miles, you'd still have plenty left in the 'tank'.

    You should check out the Braaap MotoE, I have the 10kw model and depending one my use the range is about 140km and to speed is 140km/h. In Australia the price is ~$9000 Australian or about ~$5800 USD. I believe if they are not already in the US they will be soon. The bike is styled as a sports bike and looks good.

      What is hp torque and weight?...no specs on site...smaller batteries than a zero fxs at much higher weight doesn't sound like much fun
