    These videos are very helpful to my training. How many sets/reps do you do of each? also how do you break up the specific strength exercises throughout the week? Do you do them all in one day or across several lifting days?

    You have a really good technique when you throw the hammer, but your cleans are quite bad. While you are dragging the bar up your thighs you should tilt your back backwards in order to keep the bar in center throughout the entire lift. And also, you could really use some work on keeping your elbows up when you've caught the bar. I can see that you're strong as hell since you manage to lift that much with that technique. No offence! These are just some advices. Your videos are really great! Thanks for uploading them. Keep it up! :)

      +TimSöderqvist hes a thrower not a power cleaner. Look at Jacko Gill, his clean technique is similar. They use that technique just to generate power from the ground and hips, which is directly applicable to hammer throw.
