Need to lift front end and turn steering wheel with engine off a couple times, that's how you get rid of air bubble. I don't have a floor jack or jack stands so gonna have a shop do it since I replaced the steering pump with a new one but still whines when cold.

My high pressure power steering hose was leaking so I got it replaced. The shop that I went to used non honda parts and fluid.
