  • These gluten-free chocolate chip cookies have been my go-to cookie recipe for over ten years. They are crispy on the outside and soft, gooey and chewy on the inside. This may just be the best chocolate chip cookie recipe you've ever had.
    These chocolate chip cookies are free of all refined flours and sugars and can easily be made vegan and egg-free as well. Not only are they delicious, but they are the easiest chocolate chip cookies you will ever make. Enjoy!

    TIP: Turn the container upside-down until the oil resettles to the bottom of the jar. Turn it up-side right and mixing in the oil is much easier that way. =)

    Made these and they were AMAZING! Buttery ( idk how ), crispy on outside and chewy on the inside, just the right amount of salt and you couldn't taste the sugar granules ( i'm saying this because when I use torbinado sugar i can usually taste the weird texture, but not here). And also they didn't taste like almonds at all, which made them taste just like the 'real' deal. Thank you so much!!

    Tried this recipe over the weekend and I must admit that it is the most delicious cookies that I've ever tasted! No joke! The only problem that I faced is that I had to set the dough a bit as I was baking something else so the oil got out of the butter again so it turned out a bit greasy. Will have to make sure to mix and bake immediately next time. Million likes if possible 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍 Thanks a ton for sharing this amazing recipe 💕💕💕💕

      After a while my cookies get crispy all through. How do i keep them chewy?

    • @ericechols7638
      @ericechols7638 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@andreecampbell5137 there are several ways to make a more chewy cookie. 1. Add egg yolks only (2 yolks) 2. Almond butter (2tlbs) 3. Brown sugar (2-4tlbs) 4. Add more melted butter, (1/2 stick) in recipe. Also don't bake cookies, if the recipes says bake for 15 minutes, reduce by 3 mins., and let cookies cool down on top of the stove for about 15 mins. Place remaining cookies on wax paper, inside Tupperware plastic bowl, to keep fresh, moist and chewy. 😀👍🍪

I’d like to figure out a way to tweak the recipe so I didn’t have to use as much Monk Fruit sweetener as the cookies are “too sweet” with that sweetener aftertaste that I don’t usually get with other recipes. I made 16 cookies and that equals 4 smart points per cookie in WW.

    Don't put both attachment beaters onto your hand held mixer, just put one on. Then stick it in your jar of peanut butter etc. turn it on, blends up nice and quick!

      Coconut sugar is good. Nice and raw

      Bert Huizr it’s not healthy but it’s at least not chemically processed and broken down like white sugar so it’s “cleaner” but still pure sugar and unhealthy.

    Hey there just a personal preference, I kinda felt that the cookies were a bit too sweet. I recommend 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract and 2/3 of the sugar :)

    These are amazing and a no mess up recipe! I used coconut sugar and my homemade Carob chocolate chunks...just delicious! I only have one question, can I make the dough ahead and freeze?

    Can we use peanut butter in this recipe instead of almond butter?

      Aisha Ali I’m pretty sure. I used her recipe for gluten free brownies and subbed peanut butter. Truthfully I liked it better than when I used the almond butter the first time. Also peanut butter is way cheaper. Win win!

    Can I use almond flour to replace sugar? I like the natural sweetness of almond flour.
