I recently did this. But I didn’t know about the bottom screw for the trim. So I struggled in sliding the appliqués in and out. I might redo mine, I have some that didn’t end up flush. Thanks you made this less of a pain.

Do you have any insight into fixing the mic in a 2015 Tahoe? I popped the cover off because I curious what it was inside but now the mic doesn't work. That's on me for being too curious.
I'm glad it helped! You will not need any trim tools to get this done. As far as the Mic. Lower the left side of the headliner and readjust the mic over the center of the trim piece. If if it not exactly lined up it will not pick up your voice. It will be like putting a pillow on the Mic. Please like and subscribe though! It really helps the channel. Question for you bro. Are the weather strip all the same quality between models of suv like the Tahoe and Escalade. Wondering cause it’s a more expensive model I would imagine it would be to make a tighter seal making the truck quieter. Just a question

You can do it a lot less expensive.

@@tahlon8200 they don't ever "HAVE" to be replaced. They are pretty panels. They serve no purpose other than looking good.
