He just got lucky being there and made big in real estate but even after so many years of experience he used this line which 99% of road side brokers use - Sir lelo double ho jaega .. likh ke lelo mujhse. If u have planned to spend the rest of your life to live in Dubai then it makes sense to buy there but if you are an Indian and if you r thinking to buy in gulf for capital gains then its a very very risky affair .
It's off plan excreta that's off the pot holes and hot in the market . I suggest investors to be in senses when paying 2.3 mn for 1 bhk off plan 😂 by danube.
if he giving the property paper to banks then if he doesnt pay the loan then bank will auction the bldg he will not be in trouble.. the purchaser will be in the problem right ?

Dubai real estate is not feasible. The monthly maintainence cost is way too high..... No sewage system.. Trucks coming daily to take out sewage.
