You are doing exceedingly well in Mumbai region but NCR people should also get to know how a Real Real estate broker or consultant should work in this field. Thoda pain lena hoga aapko to set up a team here who believes in doing business ethically, I wanted to see someone from India who can beat global firms like JLL, you know this business better than anyone else.
From past 3 days I am watching this Vlog in the available time that I have ....and enjoying listening to this conversation of 4 good friends 👌😊👍 the personality of all 4 according to me is RK:- Full conviction then only he will do, also he has distinct style which is appealing. Rafiq Bhai:- Very Genuine and good by heart ❤️ and does things in good faith 👍 Mayank:- He like to be influencer speaker, motivater and creating his own rules i.e benchmarking 👍 Bhavesh:- he is into performance influencer marketing that is appealing to majority of people 👍 by the I still have to watch 1 hr of Vlog 😂....keep it up guys 👍

I work in a pvt Company as research analyst and honestly speaking this following Quarter I.e Q4-2024 I see the Supply has come down drastically very low following previous years launches ..So I Completely agree With Mr .Ravi that 2025 is going to be a Very Challenging year for Real estate specially in MMR and Hyderabad 😊

One of the discussions here is about Dubai Real-estate, 1- Dubai is almost a tax free nation , which attracts buyers across the globe and hence the high demand and high price buyers ready to pay , unlike India which is on the other side where India is not a tax friendly nation and has one of the highest tax slabs also in India no one trust the Builder baring 1 or 2 like Godrej , remaining builders are not trust worthy and Rera seems largely exist on paper only and not trust worthy if a builder delays the project or for any delay , by the time court takes action it would be 10-20 years further , buyer pays Emi , brokerage and rent at the same time and other mand expenses , corruption at all time high in India , So one Cannot compare India and Dubai both are opposite Dubai obviously being the best .and systematic

@ravi please discuss all the dubious things brokers to to duped buyers. I agree that brokers services should be respected and be treated as professionals, but brokers also do many such activities that makes buyers feel "cheated"
Mayank's approach towards alibaug is flawed and biased. By speedboat, it takes 20 mins only . But only sea to sea . Any alibaug location would would take minimum 1 hr start to end. Which is equal to karjat / khandala / lonavala (end to end). Alibaug is true for the afflunt but for it to become a weeknd home, it doesn't have that weather which the hills provide. Alibaug is as equal as Madh, marve or Gorai .
