Yogurt works like buttermilk as well. My buttermilk biscuits are now yogurt. I was thinking of this today as a i have another recipe for part of a loin. And i bought rolls. Thank you for the terrific recipe, Jaxx. Stay safe

I eat lots of pork, it is pound for pound cheaper than beef..........besides I love pork. I see the local pork plant was shut down due to the Kung Foo Flu outbreak so I suppose pork will skyrocket now. Definitely going to give this a try...........good video as usual.

Nope, still a hiker, just not able to right now. I had a disc removed from my neck last summer that was compressing my spinal cord. There was all that came before that and then making sure my neck is recovered fully from the discectomy before I can put my pack on and hoof it. Stay tuned though, I'm close! 16 states, nice!

One of the few dishes we are known for in this flat, boring Hell. Almost every non-chain resto will have them on the menu. I have *EASILY* eaten my body weight in pork tenderloins...and I'm not a small dude. It looked like you nailed it to me. ✌
