      I aspire to be like you at 80! 😀 still moving like that and interested in even finding something like these workouts, honestly I don't know many people your age who would. It's inspiring and super encouraging to know it's possible to do most of this still. Much respect! 💪💪

    I'm a naturally athletic person who stopped working out because I lost the joy in the feeling of obligation. But after a few years, I was able to find your channel and this is my second week with your videos. Already I feel the muscle memory returning and I'm feeling connected with my body again, but this time on my own terms. Thank you so much for making these videos and helping me to return to myself physically. I can feel my strength returning so quickly!

      hey girl! for painful periods please take magmesium glycinate!! my period pain is normal now, meaning a painkiller helps and i barely feel aynthing.
      you are probably deficient in this mineral, idk ehx i waited for so long! even nausea that is present in severe period cramps and pregnancy is a magnesium deficiency!

    Hi Nicole, just wanted to tell you of the successes I’ve had all because of your videos! I’ve been dancing ballet for nearly three years and my pirouettes were TERRIBLE. I even had private lessons to try and address it and it just didn’t click. Life has been a bit crazy and I haven’t been able to dance so I’ve been doing your videos 3/4 times a week. I went back to dance yesterday and my teacher said my pirouettes have improved so much and I look very stable when turning. I could actually feel my back and ab muscles, and I felt so sturdy! I guess I just didn’t have those muscles before. So thank you :)

      Omg this gives me hope! thank you for sharing. I've been dancing ballet for longer than you but only started as an adult so still cannot do more than 1 pirouettes if even that. Despite all the corrections nothing has clicked. what about pilates do you think has helped you the most with it? curious to know

      You’ll get there! I think having a very strong and sturdy core means that you only have to worry about spotting and turning out your leg. Plus it stops your falling out of your turns. It makes you generally stabler when you’re dancing too. I don’t know about you but I also used to flop around in adagio and that has reduced too

    When I started my pilates journey with you, I had no idea where it was going to take me. I fell ill and was unable to do the kinds of workouts that had been working for me previously. Pilates allows me to make precise, conscious movements with strength and grace. It leaves me feeling refreshed and ready for the day. I cannot thank you enough for the work you put into these videos for us. It has been life changing. I am a forever pilates girl.

    It's not just a workout for the back, but still great for the whole core... I would appreciate it very much if you can add some specific back workouts to your channel - to strenghten and mobilize the back - this would be so great!

      Well the core is part of the back muscles. If you have a weak core, you will likely have back problems too

    When I started the workout I was thinking about some spinal movements or something but It was a complete fullbody workout and it felt sooooo good not only to wake my vertebrae but also my whole bodyyyy

    Thank you Nicole! Always love your workouts and the challenges! When we stretch at the end I think the most forgotten parts are our WRISTS! They do so much throughout the workout and I find my wrists can feel a bit sore by the end. Could you please add more wrist stretches to the workouts to give them some love 💕

    Love this. I have found a sedentary job in my life and have been here for 2 years now and my back and body in general have just, deteriorated and I’ve lost a lot of muscle and flexibility including back strains occasionally, tight hips. I recently strained my back again and this is the last time I’m doing this. I’ve always rushed into working out, not easing back into it. I have now clicked on the mindset of taking my time and strengthening my core and back first before anything. Thanks so much for there’s videos.

    Okay, this was the best. After training and a lot of desk work, my body has been crying from neglect. The reassuring click and release when I did the turn in side pose were *chef's kiss*. Thanks, Nicole!

    woke up my whole being istg it's so difficult yet it felt so good! i did some pauses in between because there are some exercises i cannot do but all in all, it really made me feel good. i hope this lessens my back pain that i have been feeling for two years now. thank you, miss nicole!!

    Thank you for this killer workout Nicole, exactly what I needed after a week or more of not working out and with a hurting lower back. I was not able to do the last reverse exercise, that was too hard, but other than that, wow...my lower back pain is gone!!

    Thank you so much Nicole! My son (22) doesn't like training, but for a year now we have been practicing together (I'm 62) with your instructions 2 to 3 times a week! This is the only sporting challenge that he can persevere with motivation! We especially do this video for posture and back a lot. I suspect that in these times of sedentary fencing we won't be the only party asking for more of this kind? Thank you again for your perfect and unique approach!

    I have a lot of health issues and your videos have helped! I was doing yoga but about a month ago I decided to try Pilates because I wanted to build strength. I didn't realize how much it helps flexibility too! My hips feel better than they have in years and my shoulders and back feel so much better after Pilates.

I’ve been doing you workouts since 2 months and I discovered that the back exercises in your workouts are really good for improving my posture (eye opener) so this workout was a must do and boy it was heavy but soooo good.     Wonderful class focused on the posterior Chai , loved it. I still cant do a high side plank so I modify on my forearm. With all the lifting I've done you'd think my arms would be strong enough but alas, that move is very hard for me. Thank you Nicole!

    This was sooooooo good...even the parts where I had to pause to catch up.......thank-you Nicole. Need to work up to the side planks but I will keep on pushing. Doing it in the house saves me from feeling embarrassed when I fall behind in class
