Wow. I just started dealing with anxiety about 8 months ago. I’m 32 yrs old, and this issue is slowly eating through various aspects of my life. I stopped driving last week, and today i’m going on medical leave due to my anxiety. This episode came into my feed at the perfect time. Thanks for posting, I will be contacting the anxiety guys to continue doing the healing. To everyone else with Depression, PTSD etc. You are not alone 💪🏽
