I’ve done this almost everyday for 2 weeks and i see tremendous results already. It’s doable but still pushes you! I swear by this

@@zainabalbu4342I do it in the morning around 10 am about 5 days a week. But you can do it any time of the day.
@@zainabalbu4342I would do two sets a day, depends on your body for sure though. I haven’t worked out in a minute so I’m definitely going to do one set in the afternoon. But if you’re going for two or three I’d say, once in the morning at like 10 ish then in the afternoon at 1 and then another at 4 or 5 if you’re doing 3 sets.

Lord have mercy on my abs...they hurt so good! Pushed myself and did this with your ab finisher and my abs are on fire. This is the best lower ab workout I've EVER done and I've done many. Thank you!
Seeing results already and its only my 2nd morning!!!
This was for stubborn postpartum changes to my lower belly , I've had it bulging consistently for the first time in my life. This plus a tall generally slender/athletic frame contributed to lower back pain for me by the end of every single day. My kiddo just turned 3 now so I knew by now I oughta look for something else other than my usual lifestyle to help.
Overall I love my body but this was a little thorn I wanted to address. Did these exercises with a waist trainer on (the type that you velcro on and has some boning for support and come in a set of three separate straps for postpartum recovery: one for upoer back, one for belly, one for hips/pelvic area...I used the belly one alone for the exercise and wear it overnight too) and I'm seeing results already!! Its super encouraging because day #1 was HARD. Heart beating like nuts and breaking a sweat, today was still hard but a little easier...DO IT!! 🎉🙃😮🤗
Edit: about one week in and I'm feeling the muscles in that area engage with greater ease even afterwards all day, also the hip pain seems to have gone away. Lower belly still not 💯 where I wanted but visibly better (taking pics daily helped see subtle changes) thank you again OP❤

OH MY GOD I LOVE THIS WAAY BETTER THAN LIKE ANYONE BECAUSE YOURE TELLING US WHICH MUSCLE WERE WORKING OMG YOURE AMAZING.
I love it! It gets easier each time. I tend to use the modified version because the unmodified version puts a lot of pressure on my neck and makes me feel dizzy/sick, but despite that, the modified version STILL makes me sweat profusely! I always try to do this workout two times a day :)
I just love your approach to working out and how you keep work outs direct and straight forward work but most of all I love how you don't talk through it so I can stay focused.

Chile this is the first time I broke a hard sweat during a core workout. The simple yet repetitious moves SMOKED my lower abs. I did this just once yesterday and my lower abs are super sore which has NEVER happened before. Can’t believe I found a video that requires very little crunches. You’re the bomb!!! Going to do this maybe 2X a day 3x a week and see what changes occur by the end of the month/beginning of May. So grateful I found your channel. Keep up the great work sis 💪🏾

Have been doing this workout alongside the 14 day belly challenge and boy is this one a killer! Those flutter kicks are the devils work and I couldn’t even complete one round when I started. Now I’m crushing it and although it’s still hard I can complete all 4 rounds. I’ve noticed a really difference in my abs and will continue to do these exercises with your other workouts. flutter kicks killed me! Find it really tough not to let my lower back start to curve, would love to see some ab workouts that are easier on the lower back while I build up my strength

I use to be so in shape playing sports but my abs were always a tough spot. Although, i could not move as fast, I was still able to complete the workout. I’m excited to try more videos! This definitely challenged me... especially the bicycle and flutter kicks 😅

@@None_2906 I tried this exercise one month and still doing the another exercises if you want flat belly the truth is you have to exercise at least 6 months then you can the proper result you can't get flat stomach in just one month that's my experience. When I was started my weight was 53 but now I lose weight and my tummy is getting flat but proper flat still it will take more 3 months. ( I have started exercise 3 months ago but still I stick another exercise).
Just remember Consistency is key, and it's great that you've stuck with it for a month! Try focusing on your form, increasing intensity gradually, and ensuring your diet supports your goals. Also, tracking your progress with photos or measurements can sometimes reveal improvements you might not notice day-to-day. Keep it up!"
