    I’ve done this almost everyday for 2 weeks and i see tremendous results already. It’s doable but still pushes you! I swear by this

    Although this was only 10 minutes, I found it a bit difficult even with the modified. Hoping to get better for the next time. I was definitely sweating and had to modify the modified exercises 😂

    This was probably the best workout I've ever done in your videos by far. It felt so good and hurt so bad but obviously it means its working. I could do this all the time even if it hurts as much as it does. Wow thank you so much.
