    Tender beef 5 minutes! Chinese secret to tenderize the toughest beef
    Beef 1 kg. Cut into slices no more than 1 cm thick Baking powder 1-2 cm Mix well. Leave on for 30-40 minutes. Prepare the sauce: 2 cloves of garlic. 1/2 tsp salt. 1/4 tsp black pepper. 1 tsp wine vinegar. 1 teaspoon sweet and sour chilli sauce 1 tablespoon vegetable oil. Since I like spicy, I added more chili peppers. Wash the meat well with water. Dry. Heat vegetable oil. Sear the meat for 2 minutes on each side. Onion 1 pc. Fry in a pan. 2 red peppers. Serve the meat and sauce. Fry for another 5 minutes. Done😋😋😋. Bon appetit ❤️.

    You are using baking soda (Natron) not baking powder.
