Not sure if anyone has mentioned, B&W makes a tow and stow specifically for the multi-pro talgate. The regular model still hits.

Hey Bruce if you didn't know if you look at the 3rd mirror you will see a little lever on the bottom in the middle push it back and there you go you have a digital mirror.
That is actually only on certain models. Mine does not have that because of the screen size I have and trim level.
B&w makes a special hitch that angles to prevent that but also you can hold the button for 3 seconds to lock the tailgate from dropping the 2nd part of the tailgate while you have a hitch in.
I think I speak for everybody when I say that Ryan needs to do some burnouts in his Challenger. They make supercharger kits for those 3.6s, that would be a nice surprise for him.
This needs to happen. Wonder what 10lbs of boost does to those smaller engines.
Or he should just go by a real challenger with a Hemi

Bruce weld some patches on that dump truck find some 1/4” plate scrap and help your boy out dump bed holes so big you can stick your head in the side to check if it’s full

There is a way to lock out that feature of the tailgate so you cannot easily make that mistake again. Press and hold the button For something 3 or 10 seconds Not quite sure but there is a couple videos out there on it.

I have the same truck how do you get it so Stabilitrak doesn't stop you from doing donuts? I will press and hold the traction button but it still stops me from spinning the wheels still

The tail gate tangles with tow bar hitch bad design, how do you lower the tow bar to avoid connecting

There’s a way to lock the tailgate so it won’t flip down and smack receiver
Gm has a part- safety switch - that is plug and play. Won’t let top half of tailgate open when hitch ball is in receiver.

You can disable the tup portion tailgate by holding it for three seconds

They sell GM specific hitches to clear the tailgate when the step is folded down
Nice truck they make a kit for the trailer hitch that doesn't let the tailgate fold down when a receiver is In the hitch port it works well can't remember the name I will try and find the info simple installation
The tailgate fix is the brand of the lock out kit for 6 way tailgates

I guarantee you’re not the first person to mess up a multi pro tailgate in exactly that way. It’s a good reminder to people that if you buy one of these new pickups with a bunch of features you’re not used to you really need to pay attention until you get used to using all that stuff. Also read the owners manual if you’re not sure, that’s never a bad idea.

Worst part is it looked like they forgot about mirrors and just stuck some turds on the side of the doors last minute.
First thing the dealership told me about that tailgate knocking out cameras when you let the step down with hitch installed. The only thing I’ve had happen was I dropped the tailgate on a travel trailer hitch at three in the morning and didn’t see it until I had completely backed it into the yard. I got out of truck looked at it and the scratches and said fk it I’m going to bed.
