- A huge Dump Truck Fully loaded with fill dirt Sinks into my Pasture. I decided to switch my efforts to reinforcing the ramp the house we are moving onto the property will use. The site where the house is going is a soggy mess and I just want to focus on getting the "RoadHouse" onto the Classic Truck Ranch after it makes its 15-mile journey down the highway.
Episode #466 in The CTR Series.

It comes with the territory my Friend. Good morning and may God Bless your day. Thank you.
Looking good Rick thanks for sharing progress at the ranch 👍
Thanks for taking the time to stop by again Steve.
It`s great to see the old clips. Reminds me of when I was already watching you guys. Oh how Mother Nature ages us, but hey, we love Mother Nature. Keep up the good work guys.
Will do. If you want to see the old videos, streamlined and updated, you can watch them on our other channel "Classic Truck Ranch". www.youtube.com/@classictruckranch
I miss Oregon, but Linda and I are happy in our little house in eastern Tennessee. It's been an interesting journey so far, and it's certainly rewarding. I know you're working hard, but the rewards are worth it. All the best to you and Jamie and Annabella, from Linda, Roxy, and me.
Tell Linda and Roxy we all said Hello. Thanks for taking the time to stop by and best wishes for you out there in Tennessee.
Never a dull moment on your channel! Thanks Rick !👍✌️
Glad you enjoy it! Thanks for stopping by again.
HI again CTR Rick and Jamie from the D Michigan 😁 thanks for sharing another great video update on your progress of the property and good 👍 job of the Truck unstuck/team works 🤩🎉
Thank YOU for taking the time to stop by again Dennis.
you have some good friends great video
Yes. They are blessings to have.
Wow, that was stuck good! Things are really taking shape around there.
Yes it was! We're getting there slowly but surely.
Awesome neighbors and friends!!
They sure are. Thank you.
Our grass is green in Michigan at least Manchester Michigan. Yeah we’re here watching Rick awesome dude good to see you 👍👍
As always..Thanks again Andrew.
Can't believe I've been watchN UR old ass for 9 yrs now. Dam how time flies. BD 67 rite here lol
I sincerely apologize. I hope you will be okay....probably not....You have my condolences. Thank you though.
Establish drainage 1st! Some pit run (6"- and rip-rap along the creek) build a base for that driveway- the fine stuff is just going to mix in the dirt and sink. Good footage! Our hearts and minds are with you both- blessings!
I agree with you on this. We learned a lot of hard and sometimes expensive lessons in regards to building roads and providing drainage. The spot where this truck got stuck was never intended to have trucks on it,. You will see some major improvements to this area in upcoming videos. Thanks for the visit.
Looking FWD Rick in time you will suceed and God bless you and the others invovled for all the hard work this is an amazing process...regards Frank
Thank you so much Frank.
Ah, nothing better on a Monday Morning that a cup of coffee and watchinc a CTR video. Thanks Rick.
Morning Brian!
@@ClassicTruckRescue Hello to Jaime, Rick, Anna, Jett and the Moo-Crew.
Finally, a new one..
I've been pretty consistent about putting up at least one video per week on this channel. Thank you for watching John.
Literally my day today. Have a dump truck stuck in my yard. Tried to get him out with a tractor about your size to no avail lol
Oh no. Best of luck with that.
Neighbors and friends make life great. You're blessed !!
Yes we are Terry. Jamie and I are very thankful for the people God has blessed us with.
Hey Rick hey Jamie thank you for the video and it seems like your property likes to swallow dump trucks lol
It has priors. Thanks for watching again Scott.
Thanks
Thank YOU for taking the time to watch Billy.
I generally put. A sign on a short pole DIRT HERE .i had 50 loads of rubble for free to fill a sink hole beside my home ,it worked great .God bless yall real good.
Great tip! Now if I can just get the trucks a nice solid area near that pole to back up on....haha.
Oh my the driver had a plan not to get stuck , drivers know the capability of there equipment . And for safety not having to back on from the hi way . The driver was right imo .
It was in no way the Driver's fault. He also knew better than to just sit there spinning his wheels like a lot of people do, making it worse.
great work
Thanks Ken!
Heck yeah Rick turn that into a beautiful pond 👍👍😎
That's the plan my Friend.
Why didn't I think of that one second sooner 😢 . Yeah Rick a senior moment, I'm familiar. Unfortunately the pain won't be so fast in leaving.
Yes...one second sooner would've been just fine.....haha. Not one of my brightest moments.
Good morning & may God bless you all today
Good morning and May God Bless you as well Terrance. Thanks for the visit.
Looks good Rick I'm excited for you and Jamie Mike LA ❤
So are we. Thank you Michael and Thanks for the visit.
I was wanting an old tire or something between the bucket and that dump-gate, but it looks like it didn't leave a mark!
No, I put the lip of the bucket right under the edge of the gate so it wouldn't scrape. I hear you though. Those trucks are pretty nice. Not really meant for mud-bogging. Those guys are really helping us out by driving on our swampy property.
Good seeing parts of the house on the property Guys And getting your roadway in for the new shop All in one
You got that right Kenny!
It must look a lot different around there if this is from November/23. looking forward too the next update.
Sorry about that. The time-stamp on that camera needs to be updated. The footage in this video was shot a few days ago. I have been keeping our viewers up to date on what is currently happening. It was a new year's resolution of sorts. Thanks for watching.
*It's the little tractor that could...... push a big truck out of the hole & back up the hill again.🙂.*
Younkin is indispensable. I love that tractor! Thanks.
If dump is empty , he can raise the bed to put more weight on the rear tires will help.
Unfortunately it had a full load of dirt on it while it was stuck. He unloaded it right after we got him unstuck. Thanks for watching Tim.
Coming along nicely Rick Shit Happens A that was a great Joke
It was actually pretty funny. What was even funnier to me was that he had just met my other buddy Joe.
Wow some green grass in February been mild here on the East Coast but no green grass yet,LOLL! Looking forward to seeing you get her done thanks Rick!.... ....Glenn
Thank you Glenn and yes, its starting to turn green here in Oregon. Soon I will be spending a LOT of time mowing. Thanks for taking the time to watch.
😮😊 💪🤔one day at a time ✌️👍
Thanks for the visit Kermit.
I guess next investment is a bigger backhoe... I've seen some nice cheap machines out your way over the years. But those look bigger then they are, love the 580 cases but barley can unload a hwy tractor off a trailer nevermind pulling out a empty tadem when it sinks in the field. Lucky it wasn't too stuck, and the 2 machines were available to get it out. Just need homer going for next time just incase.
I agree. This was a situation where Homer and a snatch=block would've made the difference. Thanks for the visit.
This is a never ending project. There's alot here. I'm speechless.
It keeps me out of trouble Brother Dave. Love you.
Love you too

I said it before and I will say it again.... the vegetation around Golden pond should be thinned out and then stocked with a good eating fish like perch ....
I agree. Working on it right now my Friend. Sometimes it takes a while. Thanks.
Hey man supposed to move your foot first 😁 I’m sure glad it wasn’t hurt bad
Could'a been worse...that was not one of my brightest moments Andrew.
That’s an oops moment lol
Yes. I should've seen that one coming. We all have our moments. haha.
There is always something to mess a guy up.
Guaranteed. Thanks for watching.
It’s in the high 80ds in Dallas
Wow. I used to live in Tyler back in the early 80's. Sure got humid there. Stay cool my friend.
By the time your new house makes it to your lot itll be condemmed holy slower than the second coming of christ lol!
Oh, I'm sorry Darren....I didn't mean to take too long moving my house. I'll just run over to Canby this morning and hook it up to the back of my pickup and haul it out to The Ranch. You want to come along and help? LOL.
A monumental task for Rick probably reasons not explained why its taking months thats Okay. All the work on the other location with the flood problem was missed unfortunately delaying the move for one.Im looking fwd to his sucessful move in time patience, patience, pateience ,HAA!... regards Frank
We'll get there. Sometimes you just do what you can until you hit a dead end, then you go work on something else for a while. Thank you Frank.
ok lol as trucker and got stuck few times if you Rick could have pushed at back corner of the box with the Kabota you could have won getting him out
I did push on that back corner and get him out.....with a LOT of help from the other tractor pulling from the front. Thanks.
You need to watch Dirt Perfect and see how they go across the field with their drainage pipe and make it go to your River so it doesn't flood over there anymore
There is a drainage plan in the works. Thank you Robert.
@@ClassicTruckRescue YA I watch that video when all the water went up by where the Shop is n than you made to driveway go around the other side n was alot Better huh
Yes. Much Better.
Been there myself jeff i fill for you
That was not very enjoyable at all...haha. Thanks for watching.
Why don't they unload the dirt on right side of driveway n so you can make it Wider for when the house parts come in driveway so it fits better n easier
They will be doing that Robert. Right now I am putting boulders all along the sides to keep the edges solid. Thank you.
@@ClassicTruckRescue oh that's good as a retaining wall huh n man your dream is coming true huh , Amazing n Awsome
Yes it is. Thanks.
A lot of testosterone going on there..
There sure was....It was put to good use though. Those are all some great guys. Good Friends.
