What is a MOBA?
Multiplayer Online Battle Arenas, or MOBAs for short, originated as a sub-genre of the RTS (Real-Time Strategy) genre. Because of this, in most MOBA games, the player takes control of a single character from the isometric (top-down) view akin to most RTS games. Typically, in MOBA games, a player takes control of a single character on one of two teams. Those players choose characters that all have their own abilities, or “kits”. To win, the players must use a combination of abilities, teamwork, and strategy to not only best their opponent, but destroy the opponents main structures. A bonus to the genre is that most MOBAs are free games, which is definitely a contributing factor of the their massive success. The genre has many titles, the largest of which being Defense of the Ancients (DoTA) and DoTA 2, League of Legends (LoL), and most recently SMITE!
What is SMITE?
SMITE is one of the more recent free MOBA games to enter the fray. In SMITE you don’t just choose a character, you choose a god. You’ll instantly feel an attachment to characters like Thor and Zeus because even if you don’t know the lore behind them, you’ve at least heard their names before! What makes SMITE so immersive is Hi-Rez Studios’ inclusion of historical lore into the gods’ abilities, kits, and play styles. Thor and Loki aren’t just characters from Marvel comics and movies. They’re also a part of Norse mythology and you can take control of them in SMITE!
What makes SMITE different?
SMITE takes all of the strategy of the top MOBA games and adds another layer of difficulty by putting you into the action! Unlike most MOBA games, SMITE offers players the chance to experience the MOBA genre they know and love from a third-person perspective. This unique perspective allows for an extremely immersive experience unlike any other game in the genre. While this doesn’t sound like such a big change, once you play it you’ll understand! All of these things added together is what has gaming websites everywhere continually rating SMITE as one of the best MOBA games available!

Fafnir She's easy to kill if you have a high damage god, bait her into the tower pop Aegis Amulet (if below 50% health) attack her when she tries to run root her or pop Horrific Emblem and she's dead guaranteed. Or simply team rush her...

ayikart Warrior too. I don't count Tyr as a true stance switcher as much as the others because his stance change isn't in place of an ultimate, and it has a kind of long cooldown. We need one where it's in place of an ult.

Alex J. Vruno Well, only SOME Celts viewed her as a goddess of the hunt, most saw her as a mother bear, a protector of sorts and the symbol of change, and she was also worshiped for good harvests. Artemis WAS associated with bears but was more of a goddess of the hunt and the moon. That said some do theorize they connected.

For a game that relies heavily on teamwork
you've got people who like to spam in chat, charge into battle alone missing every basic attack, trying to surrender when things don't go well for you boohoohoooo, leaving the game and abandoning your team because no one wanted to surrender, Body blocking, high tailing it for a kill even if the main objective is to destroy the enemies titan, Using a mic when probably 90% of your team doesn't want to hear your heavy breathing, and threatening your fellow members on PsN messages when you think your better than them with your 3/23 kill death ratio.
But this is only on the PS4 so who knows what it's like on the other platforms XD

So who's bright idea was to build this gods kit of slows/cripples/heals/protection buff/a dash and stuns. great job. you can't move more then 5 feet then death without being in a constant damaged ability to stun to slowed back to being damaged rinse and repeat. And this is in 1v1 or 5v5 even when it is 2v1 she can kill you both and hake it out ok. Hi-Rez solution one of to healing ability's goes from a 10s → 12s cooldown ENERGY SURGE (MAUL PREY) and her protection buff ENTANGLING VINES (FEROCIOUS ROAR) goes from 10/20/30/40/50 → 10/15/20/25/30 and restarts after the ability finishes. Note she has the ability's of 3+ other gods and that make them unique but now she has them and with more stats added on top and no draw backs. Like the dash it is the longest dash in the game and a 15s cooldown no items. They need to make draw backs like the Life Tap makes her stationary similar to Anubis or at least she moves %50 slower when using. Can you imagine Anubis being able to move in ULT or using his Locust just no.
ok, we got our own guardian druid with a rotation 3-2-4-2-3-1-4-1 as opener. Does means we are getting balance(mage or hunter), feral(assasin) and restoration (mage) druids?

SMITE please fix Xing Tian's hopping move, as going into the second hop it glitches making you have to do it again. Ever since that patch where the shop got broke and youd have to leave and rejoin the game (recently) hes been messed up
