It depends on a few factors: (1) is the petitioner/sponsor a U.S. citizen or green card holder, (2) whether the kids are in the U.S., if so, did they enter legally, or outside the U.S., and (3) anticipated current income of petitioner. Based on the above answers, the kids may be eligible to apply for adjustment of status (I-485, I-765, I-131, I-864, and I-693) or Consular Processing (DS-260 and I-864). Mr. I applied for the 2023 American Green Card in October of this year, but after my application I lost my email due to a problem with my phone. whether this will be a problem at the American embassy later I can't remember my email, so I couldn't recover it
