Thanks Ali.. I’m a Canadian, who wants to invest in real estate by building and selling a house. I have bout a land in Florida and have picked a GC to build …I want to start small with building one house and then sell it. How can I reduce my taxes on profits? Do I create a LLC or a C Corp in the US? Remember that I don’t have any company in Canada

I’m a foreigner and I have a Florida LLC that has an EIN and it owns an apartment in Miami. I’m looking at investing in more real estate in Miami or Texas, but I was wondering if I would be eligible for financing. What’s your experience on financing for foreign nationals in the US?

Yes. If you own the property in Miami in full, then you can use it as collateral to obtain loans on other properties or do a cash-out refinance or other alternative financing strategy. There are banks and private lenders who specialize in loans to foreign investors. Book a call with us to discuss your options here subhanlaw.com/book-call-page
