    Hello my beautiful friend.
Nothing comforts better in winter than a warm bowl of soup. I just feel like eating vegetable soup all day, all night, for lunch and dinner both :)
It is not just healthy to eat but so easy and quick to make and I am one of those persons who can not have just one kind of soup. I love to experiment with different types of soup recipes and believe me, every time they turn out to be so full of flavors and magical and comforting.
I tried this Vietnamese style noodle soup and to my surprise we both just loved it. We never thought that noodles will taste this good with broth and veggies. You must give this Vietnamese style noodle soup a try. It is so full of flavors and it is healthy and so easy to ake too. You are going to love it in these winters. Noodles can taste good in any form, any day :)
Let me know how it turns out for you.
    Stay healthy! Stay Fit!
    Love from us.

You need to look at the vegetable shop/market. Or try bigbasket or grofers.

Food photography is like any other art and you get better with practice... But yeah in my case i think i was always into art and craft and that helps in designing the layout.

Did you put black olives in this? Interesting 🤔

It's a good recepie but it has nothing to do with Vietnam.

      Thanx a lot 🙂
It's our version of vegetarian pho - Vietnamese soup - which consists of broth, Noodles, herbs.

@@TheFearlessCooking I guessed that you were aiming at Pho. I understand that this recepie is designed for the average pantry but it's not that difficult to find rice vermicelli and to lacto-ferment vegetable pickles - the two essential ingredients of Pho.

@@limabravo8782 ohhh didn't know that it's the main ingredient. I saw videos of pho and read blogs also and a lot of them used regular noodles and veggies.
It would be good if you can share some link if you have. Also I think you are from Vietnam that's why you know so much about it. If there's any other speciality that you can suggest, i would love to try that out 🙂🙂
