Nationality has nothing to do with it. Mr. Sakamoto here is chill and professional and it's entirely separate from his ethnicity or nationality. I live in Japan and there are musicians of wildly varying demeanors and levels of professionalism here, just like any other country.

The aesthetics and craftsmanship of Japanese people are top and that stems from a long tradition of unique approach to the arts in Japan. Musicians are too a product of their environment and if you can't see that, then you're probably blinded by some misguided leftist populist PC agenda that "all people, regardless of anything, are equal" - which we truly are not.
