With your right leg forward and left leg back.. what side of your lower back are you stretching here?? You never explain that from the outset of the exercise.

I cannot thank you enough! I've been trying all manner of bridges, core exercises, ice, heat, seeing a chiropractor, and going to the gym has been harder and harder due to pain. This FINALLY gave me some relief in my low back! I still have to work with the hip, but after just two days, I finally have some relief in my left lumbar area after weeks of pain with walking and trying to go to the gym and do the best I can. It was getting so bad it was waking me up at night and I've been doing as much research as I can to find help, and finally came across your videos. THANK YOU! I'm going to take your videos to rhe gym with me and do them as some pre workout stretches and just take it easy and do what I can. I haven't been able to tolerate going at all the last 5 days, so hopefully this will help get me back going!

I've tried going to a chiropractor weekly and then i've tried going to a masseus weekly but my back still ached. Now that I do your exercises daily at home I'm finally relieved and can work every day feeling awake and healthy!!!

Just for those with pain...I got rid of mine with lots of those exercises...but, It takes some time and I was very determined to do it. I trained like 40 minutes and longer each day! When to do it?...so I chose something unusual, I did my exercises in front side of the TV in the evenings (family watching...mostly TV). If you have a full day, there will never be time to do it daily! Side effect, I didn't get tired sitting down and getting more back pain, I felt refreshed and good. After a while the gained flexibility starts to have very positive effect on your life. This channel has all you need. Thank you for all the great lessons!

I am 9 week of post microdisectomy surgery due to left foot drop and problem with urinating, and I even had slanted body, but after surgery everything’s gone including sciatica pain and slanted body is getting better and better, but I have this really tightness feeling in right side lower back and upper hip, my surgeon told me after he examined me that this is muscles pain, but he didn’t tell me which one. I saw your video and did some stretches that I think it is ok for me today especially the door one, it helps instantly with this tightness!! Then I found out I also like to lay on my tight side a lot and put both my legs on the pillow, it gave the same relief feeling! But door stretch is faster. Weirdly this tightness appears everytime when I walk too much since post surgery(before sciatica pain I usually walk ~10km a day because of work). I walked like 6 kilometers today 😳 the longest in 3 months since first pain! Anyways, thank you for explaining this to us. This really helps 😊🫶🌷

New to your videos and trying to use the stretches and strengthening exercises to regain mobility and range of motion.
I've gained alot of weight in the past year and am finding some of them difficult to do but I'm not giving up!
Thank you for what you do!

Thank you for these stretching and toning, and working on muscle strengthening..
Not enough video for arthritis (not that there's anything 'right' about it), and Osteoperosis/Osteopenia, Safe exercises..
Your explanations are great, and does help relieve. 👍

Hi, Dr. Rowe, thanks for your videos, they've helped me a lot. I'd like to consult you for a simple question, that what should I follow if I have anterior pelvic tilt & lateral pelvic tilt & pelvic rotation plus with some degree of sacrum nutation and rotation? I've seen the video you posted before to teach me how to correct the former two situations, and I found them to be useful. However, I have more than pelvic tilt problems in my pelvic and the surrounding structures, but I think maybe you'll have some idea to fix it, right? Looking forward to your reply. 😄

Thanks for the video. My right hip joint started hurting over 12 weeks ago, while I was trying to jog on the treadmill at the fitness place I am a member of. In the first week after it started, I could barely walk. The pain has subsided into a low-intensity chronic pain that varies between approximately 1/2 and 2 on a scale of 0 = no pain, 10 = the most pain possible. So far I saw 3 non-specialist doctors, a chiropractor, and 4 sessions at a physical therapy place. I hope I don't need a Magnetic Resonance Imagining and/or surgery. As of now the pain is mainly in the front-right of my hip joint. But for awhile the pain was on my backside possibly approximately where my right sacroiliac joint is.

I just started watching and doing some of these excercises, they are great! Thanks for your channel. I actually live in Waterford MI. Have had chronic backpain for almost 20 years, but recently been able to manage with meds. My problem is I get a HORRIBLE burning across my liwer back and no medication helps at all. I see a pain mgt. Dr. Have you done any excercises that could help? I can't do anything but ice it down. Thanks for your channel!
