    Great content once again Sid. Kudos to your amazing work for fitness freaks. I am currently going through body recomposition for last 4 months successfully. I just got my full body check up and found my TSH levels are high (17) but t3 and t4 levels are normal.Also I don’t have any symptoms of high hypothyroidism. I am going to retest the TSH levels.But my query is how High TSH affects the muscle building activity? Kindly reply if you already know any such case and make a video on this topic. Thank in advance. Keep doing the good work👍.

    As perfect as always, i am finishing my cut in the next 4 weeks. my body fat% is around 12-15%, want to get as lean as possible so that i can have a long lean bulk, hopefully more than 8 months. Thank you once again siddharth i have learned most of my workout fundamentals from u, so appreciate the good content always. One more request would be you said u will talk about the major body movement patterns in another video i have been waiting for that, would love to know ur perspective about these as well.

    Implementing the Diet on a Indian household is a hassle even if I can complete my calories goal I just cant reach my protein goal. I have been gym to 4 months and before that I used to do calisthenics at home so I have been most lean guy with little bit of muscle in my friend circle but I just can't seem to gain weight no matter what I do. I added liquid calories as shakes and all but then again just increasing the portion is not that good for my stomach.
    So I will try my best to do lean bulking and hope I see some changes.

    Hey bhaiya am doing body recomp already came to 69 from 76 in 3 months I go gym 6 days a week and keep protein at around 100g ( 25g from whey + 18g from eggs +15g from paneer remaining from roti dal dahi milk ) is this fine ... I want to go around 62 63 kgs then start lean bulk

    As an ectomorph body type ( skinny) we try hard to gain weight. And if we got any fever, within 2-4 days we lose around 3-4kgs easily. And gaining that weight takes 3 months😢.

    amazing video….. just a quick question, the volume (9-11 sets) per muscle group, if it is weekly volume then how can we manage this in upper lower 4 day split? by doing compound movements which hits more muscle groups ?

    So as a beginner from 60 kg the calorie surplus is 2300 so after two months it will become 61.5 or 62kg at the time should I need to calculate the calorie surplus and protein again or after 8 months

    I do push pull leg x 2 (6 days) then 15 min run on machine
    On Sunday I do high cardio and Abs .
    I get plenty of sleep and diet.
