This is day 7 of my one month pilates plan! It’s a 10 minute abs & waist pilates workout. I hope you love this challenge as much as I did!

first part of the workout my arms kinda burned more than my abs but the second part holyyy that burn was burning

I am not someone who likes to do exercise very much, but thanks to Madeleine, I wake up every morning and do exercise. I have now completed the 7th day, I started with 70 kg, and with regular nutrition and exercise, I am now 67 kg. I hope I can continue for 1 month. I will update my comment every week. Thank you Madeleine❤

Invest in some grippy socks! Like $5 on Amazon and amazing for leveling up your Pilates practice

i do it in bare feet which helps sometimes!
If you don’t have a yoga Matt definitely invest in one! I have hard wood floors and getting the yoga Matt helped a ton!!

I didn't actually believed that these workouts were doing anything but only after 6 days of her routine made me fit into the jeans that used to stab my stomach.
And not only it fits me but also there is no discomfort wearing them anymore not even while I sit with those jeans on.
I also did 2-3 workouts more but I'm damn sure most of the credit goes to her

i’m so happy i’m on day 7!! I usually only make it to day 3 or 4 but this plan isn’t so hard to the point i just give up, it’s actually rewarding and fun :)

- I'm so glad that I made it a week!
- I had to stop early a few times bc I'm actually a little sore rn
- I'm really glad that I lasted a week too!
- I wasn't feeling like doing it today but it gave me something to do while I wait for my package!
do anyone else's wrists hurt when doing ones where you hold yourself up? is there a way around that or is it just consistency?

@subvocal111woah being up on my fists is actually helpful!!! Although it makes my fingers hurt a tiny bit, it's better than having my wrists ache. Plus it gives a lil break to my wrists anw so yeah thank you!!!
You can tie a sock around your wrist it reduces the pain
I was also experiencing pain in my wrists before - make sure to warm them up and do nice stretches for your wrists before and after working out (and during, if they hurt!). But also they get stronger over time. Oh, and, another thing that helped me was being more mindful of how im distributing my weight (im right handed so you can imagine my right wrist would hurt most) but if you distribute the weight more equally between feet/knees and wrists, it should reduce the pain
(Speaking from my experience, i am in no way a pro!)
My yoga instructor at uni makes us do this pose where ur palm faces up n fingers towards u, when ur in a similar pose but not leaving ur bodyweight on it, u can rest on ur knees. Ur body moves back n forth abit to stretch the wrists on the other side, I do that in the middle of these workouts to refresh it
Hey guys I'm on day 4 and I'm literally in shock. The back line has been defined and changed by 50%. My waist has begun to be defined and shaped so much that I feel like my belly bulge has literally disappeared. Of course, with exercise, I follow a moderate diet. This is the first time I have tried This exercise, and it is certainly not the last time. I will continue the program for a month and come back. 💗💗

Even though I’m sick and didn’t want to do this workout, I did it anyway. Im glad this was a short workout video since abs always give me trouble, but anyway, I completed a week of workouts!! Thank you Madeline ❤️
but you better not to do workouts and sports when you're sick, it only makes your recovery lasts longer, plus this workout won't actually have any effect...... so it's kinda pointless

after 7 months of pilates and then finally starting this one month plan, i finally feel stronger which was evidence enough why today's workout could've made me lie limp on the floor but rather i just feel more energetic! this is a sign for anyone struggling to continue further IT GETS BETTER I PROMISE

DAY 7✅ My abs are burning like crazy, I had to pause several times and I modified the last 2 exercices, but I'm proud of myself for finishing. If you're reading this, I believe in you, keep going!
I recently stopped going to the gym due to my hectic schedule but didn't wanna stop working out It has been a week since I started doing this challenge and trust me it's working so well, I already feel slimmer and also lost a little weight( not sure if it's solely because of this) but trust me, this is one of the best ab workouts I've ever done!!!!
I have never moved my body like this in my LIFE so grateful for this opportunity

I skipped day 6’s stretch and recovery as I had 2 days off (I was at my boyfriends). This exercise was so nice to come back to: abs hurt a nice amount, the exercises just breezed by.
I just wanted to thank you for this month plan. I’ve always been consistent with workout but this is the first time I’ve actually enjoyed the whole thing. Also even tho this one was short it burned and during the first part i literally left sweat handprints on the ground 😅
Do you follow any kind of diet?
Not really but I do try to avoid overeating and lots of sugars
This is the first time I’ve actually done a week of workouts even though I was on a small vacation so missed about three days plus my rest day but the days I could do it I did and I’ve done a week worth of it!! Tysm!!

day 7!!: IVE MADE THE FIRST WEEK YEEEEEEEY. so far my waist is looking tinnier and my abs are more defined, ive had also noticed that my legs are getting a little slimmer, im so excited to continue!!
Day 7 : It was so good. I'm going to continue until the end of this month exercises because I really love doing sport ever night. I feel a little better than before, I don't if this is sport that do that but thank you Madeleine

I skipped 2/3 (period) days but I still came back so I'll count it as a personal win. Did not have to pause couple of times which I did since the beginning, and I started calorie deficit so I believe that in a couple of months I won't be overweight anymore 🎉

Day 7 complete: I feel I struggled today, but I still pushed through! I can already feel myself having more energy in my day after 1 week.
Whew goodness. Im fresh off a chiropractor appointment so that may be the only reason I made it. Arm strength is definitely important because the first half was so hard. Pushed through though!!

Ok so one week in, im 57.5 kg something and ive been doing 250 cals of treadmill everyday
Just added this to my routine, i do one collarbone exercise, and one arm workout plus a thigh gap one.
I haven't seen much changes but i do feel the burn, dw y'all we'll do it together 🎀🎀🤩💖

I've always been swimming competitive for all of my life but I had to quit. Now I'm gaining weight and losing muscle and I love these workouts. It's just that I don't really feel 'the' burn. My body doesn't make any changes either. I was just wondering if you had any suggestions cuz I really do like doing your workouts. I do them slowly, I think of my technique and I try clamping the right muscles with the right exercise but still...

Is it just me who has the hardest time bending my legs? Like when Madeleine makes that pose where her legs are perpendicular to her body. I've been following her workouts for awhile and for the life of me can not seem to make that pose. My legs form an obtuse angle at best and it really strains my back, anyone have any suggestions? Is it just me who is stiff lol
I'm pn my period rn and my stomach really hurts, but I did the workout anyway. At the first part it was really hard and i skipped some exersices or shortened them. But the second half was better. I'm really proud of myself!
