Day 1 ✅ : stared doing this workout , it is so easy and I am inlove with it, felt the burn a little and saw a change the following day Day 2 ✅: did this workout and it didn't hurt at all, felt the burn increase and I was definetly sure this was the one for me Day 3 ✅ : doing the workout rn and I'm sure to see more change I'm on day 3 rn and this workout is easy for beginners and I recommend you to do this workout it helps so much! ❤ I don't do this workout only I watch 3-5 workout videos and do them all I recommend this to you all ✌🏼 Ill update y'all tomorrow. Day 4 ✅: I did the workout, was getting more serious, started seeing a change and lost some inches . Day 5✅: It works so much, I also do 2-3 more workouts ontop of that! Day 6✅: started seeing some results! People started falling inlove with my body (I have hips) Day 7✅: I did the workout, with other workouts ontop of that! I started getting motivated to do this every day! This is my 2nd week now on Day 8, the workout rlly works trust me don't loose hope. Before: 82 cm in the waist After: 65 cm in the waist / 23.5 inches Day 1✅: the results just ate! Day 2✅: i did this just to keep my body fit Day 3✅: im still the same as my after doing the workout So i stopped doing the workout because i had to focus on my exams but im sure you guys can do it! @ma.alejandravillao6993 TO ALL MY GIRLIES, NO GATEKEEPING For my glutes I do getfitbyivana "GET HOURGLASS HIPS,BOOTY & WAIST NATURALLY!" and the pre-booty activation & stretching and hikariyade's workout for a smaller waist with shirlyn Kim full body pilates & HIIT cardio and Lidia Mera' s monthly pilates. I also drink a lot of water. 2 glasses in the morning and then do cardio and pilates. Drink 1 more glass after!! + I eat when I'm hungry. Sometimes I stay with an empty stomach for 12-14 hours (diet) and drink water then move when I feel hungry. Make sure you drink 6-8 glasses of water per day and at night I do the glute workout with hikariyade's workout and wake up seeing changes

@@mariamostrova5691 it's best to target different body parts each day! that way your muscles have enough time to heal. So for example leg day- abs- arms- whole body- rest- repeat

Hahaha it’s bc some ppl take pause breaks some don’t! Those in between times just make more sense to say 10/15 mins :) it’s the general range of 10-15 mins

i finally made this one without any pauses! i feel stronger, thanks maddie luv u and ur workouts!
