You just sold me on moving back to Colorado. I love the dry weather over most anything else.
The dry weather is amazing! Home prices? Not so much!
i live in the KC area, but i miss mountains, hikes, exciting trails, national parks, etc. KC area is very nice in different ways, but natural beauties are almost non-existent in here!
I miss the mountains too. Not necessarily the crowds and traffic it took to enjoy them however.

We moved from AZ. Traded beautiful dry mountains for lush green lakes and ponds. Hiking is beautiful, but very different in both areas. Also love the spring and fall foliage here.

Thanks for making this video. I currently own a townhome in the north Denver metro. I dream about owning an actual house with a backyard. Everything is so expensive here and wages aren't that high so that dream won't happen if I stay in Colorado.
I looked at really nice modern KC homes on redfin with great backyards and they are going for HALF THE COST of what my townhome would sell for here in Colorado!!!
Not too sure about wages in KC but if they are similar to the Denver Metro my disposable income would significantly increase and hopefully my standard of living.
KC just seems really really appealing!

@@movingtokc We lived in Colorado and moved to Arizona for the experience. The desert is not our jam. We were comparing the two Denver vs Kansas City since the houses are nicer more affordable than Denver. You were spot on with all of our thoughts we watch all of your videos

I was born in KCMO in the Mid 50’s. Lived in Prairie Village until 9 when we moved to Arvada almost 60years ago. Love your videos and miss the green foliage of KC. You’re right we don’t get much rain here but we average 62” of snow a year. Keep up the great videos. Peace ✌️ to you and your family.
I do miss Colorado winters. We’ve only had 2 snow falls so far this year, but it has been a mild winter overall. Thanks for watching!

Colorado is getting to be overrated!
There are parts of CO that I would say are definitely overrated.
KC and Denver are very similar except the BBQ. Denver is way more liberal and Pro LGBT than KC.
KC has more humidity and isn’t as cold.
Both cities are Mexican Friendly.
Both cities are very spread out unfortunately.
The BBQ scene in Denver is terrible!
