Hey Mike, this was an awesome video, thanks. I didn't know you lived in Kathu. I read that there is a newly built sports stadium in Kathu. Would there be any chance you could do a video showing us inside the sports stadium? Thanks.
Wow, those are some great prices for the space and the views! (Speaking as someone who's paying Wash. DC prices ;-) ) Three clocks on your wall are a cool touch 🙂
as long as there are no snakes around it sounds great!! I'd be your neighbour for £250 odd a month! lol love the balcony! could deffo have a few bbq's out there!!
fantastic content you provide, I'm so glad I found you on here! I have to get my fiancé over from the Philippines and get married before leaving the USA, but Thailand is absolutely our plan! I'm looking at likely a year or so, have no degrees, or experience in online work. I've done only physical jobs all my life. I do have extensive experience in maintenance and apartments, maybe I could find a foreigner looking for a manager/maintenance person to care for his/her property(s).
@@livinginphuketthailand Great. These are nice big places. Will reach out in a few months when I move down to Phuket to see what might be available at that time.
brilliant, just what I've been looking for. I can't believe how large the space is for the price. I pay double that for a room that is a large walk in robe in a shitty second world country filthy house in Melbourne.
Pretty much all houses in Thailand and many apartments and condos have very odd layouts, They will typically have a lot of space where it in not needed and serves no purpose and not enough space where it is needed. It just a very inefficient use of space, In fact, its almost as if the people who designed them had no formal architectural training whatsoever.

Not heard about the sports stadium, but will see what I can find mate. 🙏
Hi how do I contact you? Is there a way? Thanks ♥️
Another good info Mike 👌 Thanks 👌
Glad it was helpful!
Are there air con units besides the bedrooms?
Nice! Might be useful to give an idea of the cost of electric, broadband and any other fees per month.
Sure, I'll include these in my cost of living video 📹 🙏
Love it Mike… wish I could be there… ❤
Are those prices current? How long a drive to the beach?

Hi can you recommend any condos/apartments with adapted shower room for a disabled person (blind)
Thank you ❤
Mike, why am i having such a hard time getting in touch with estate agents inn phuket?
This kind of places are always better then the new condo units.
100% agree mate. Condo style living isn't for me.
@@livinginphuketthailand note also the material used to build these older units. It's rock solid.
What is the location( google map) of the video you show a 100K condo in phuket?

I'm planning on coming to Thailand to live. Love Phuket. Looking to teach and live, semi retire.
Nice❤️🇹🇭🙏🏻 but it looks like no taxi around there. I guess you need a motorbike
🎀Thanks MIKE🏝
Cheers Jim!
Im just looking for a cheap place to live with wifi and really close to a muay thai gym
Are these available to browse online? Or do you have to physically go and check them out?
We usually advertise on Facebook Marketplace when units are available.
@@livinginphuketthailand thanks mate! Is there any decent websites you know of that offer apartments for rent in Phuket?
@@19MS944 Facebook Marketplace is the best place to find rentals.
Isn't the Kathu to Patong road closed for the foreseeable future? It seems to have collapsed.
It was closed a couple of days ago after landslide yes. Suspect they will re-open soon, will go check it out today.

I don't do Instagram (per your contact info). I'm looking for a year lease starting Jan 31. Any of these coming available around that time?
wow I like the one next to you !! 👍👍
Having Lived in a shop house the upstairs was very hot so the upstairs apartment would be much hotter. The price is good for a Tourist location.
Cheers Les!

Great apartments , spacious and private 👌
Cheers Ron. Come and hang out one day soon!

You would think a TH-camr would know how to record in a manner that isn’t a mirror image
