    Great job Kevin. I just gave up my lease in Mexico. I’ve been going back-and-forth there for two years. Charlie from Boston, USA here I’ve been looking a Chiang Mai. These videos you do are a big help. I didn’t think I could afford Nimman. I had no idea I could get something for that. I was spending 500 American in Mexico. I thought I would spend five in Thailand. I think I will stay in that area now starting next month in November for the winter. This is new for me. Thanks brother.

    Great video. I've been binge-watching your channel since finding your cruise videos, but this is awesome content with looking at and staying in different places. It's nice to see your viewpoint after staying in it an using the amenities for a day or so. Looking forward to more videos!

    I think this place would suit me fine. Price is right and looks super clean and efficient. My big thing is it has to be quiet. I can’t stand any noise from a Unit above or noise from a busy Street. It’s always a roll of the dice but good thing is places in CM are good with short term leases. I always try for a top floor Unit but I have lucked out with Units on a lower floor as well. Love the idea of you testing out the Unit for us! Nice job as always Kevin !!!

    We have had whole house instant hot water heaters and point of use instant hot hater heaters for 20 + yrs in the US. They are great and would cut a lot of wasted water and electricity use if It was made mandatory to have point of use at every sink. I know Target had them in the restrooms 20 yrs ago and I was looking at my first one for my house then. Just an FYI for anyone who is interested in them. Oh and they really dont cost that much.

    New to your Channel. Video nicely done. That studio (and condo) hit the sweet spot for me :
    1. Basics; clean; bed looks good; nice little balcony; clean, modern bathroom;
    2. Conveniently close to coffee shop and restaurants, as well as 7-11;
    3. Apparently quiet at night (you did not complain); and
    4. Bed must have been comfortable.
    However, no swimming pool and no exercise room. Hmmm.

    Hey Kevin! Great video, very informative.
    I was wondering, it would be cool if you could B-roll some events, after you introduced us to the apartment, of small things that you do throughout the day like say go down to your favorite restaurant that’s nearby or buying toiletries at the 7-Eleven, brushing your teeth in the bathroom, showing us some of the foods that you eat for lunch and dinner and how you ate lunch/dinner in or out of your apartment. A nice B roll of those situations; maybe with some music in the background would be a pretty cool thing before you show the part where you wake up in the morning... like a complete-day experience of that apartment life.

    Aloha Kevin! YES on the video format. Agree with you to tour various units at different price points. Please consider say, 15,000 baht or more. A great neighborhood with many useful businesses... massage, restaurants, shopping, but I personally would value several nightclubs nearby. Bill

    Stay the night is a nice spin on the 'what it costs' videos.
    ?? Are there a lot of southern Thai food options in Chiang Mai now? I was there years ago, before all the digital nomads, and I prefer southern Thai food. Since my travel is all about food, I've never gone back to N. Thailand. But I do remember it being a very nice place. I loved the old market in the walled city and the night markets.

      Yes, and the construction technology in Thailand, where you start with the pillars before walls are built in between, means that the bedrooms are as big as the living rooms (unless you have a toilet in part of the bedroom.)
