@@relaxinmeditation8710 We make travel videos, having said that we travel a lot. We are no longer on Phuket. I simply showed how we find places to rent. If you can't look for yourself or don't have time, talking to a realtor is a good place to start.

Yes, we're still here in Phuket. Not sure if it's still available but there are still many choices on houses. We are in Kathu and its about 3 km and takes around 10 minutes.

I haven't been keeping up on the latest rules but I think you can come to Thailand without being vaccinated.
You don’t need a vax or pcr to come to Thailand now…it’s fully open

Your best bet is to find the area you want to stay and drive around. You can also get some leads from a realtor.

At this time Phuket is overrun with tourists. My wife and I are staying away from all the high tourist areas. Prices have tripled and it's just too crowded for us. We are in Chumphon with a 2 minute walk to the beach ⛱️

It was especially bad this year because of the situation. Many places were shut up for so long.

Phuket is a bit more expensive then other areas.
