So now the focus is mainly on that area . You can definitely tell the difference. It's just different positions to put the focus on just that body part if that makes sense 😊
This video is very helpful. My mother has hip pain and some spinal degeneration. I would love to see older individuals demonstrating this to see how well they do on the plate.

I'm 69 y/o recently diagnosed with osteoporosis and sarcopenia - 3 yrs post retirement from an extremely physical job which ended when the pandemic hit. YMCA wasn't really helping me. None offered by the PP people were good (IMHO), and then I found this. Can't find your name anywhere, but THANK YOU SO MUCH for this total-body workout that feels great afterward! I’ve severe osteoporosis and have been riddled with vertebral compression fractures up and down, lumbar to thoracic in various stages of healing. There has been no visible difference in my lumps but I am now going to try her workout while on the plate. Been doing the plate 10 min in the morning, then again before bed. Another thing for me DON'T use it after you eat LOL.

Wow! Will work up to this. Right now I have been sitting on the edge of my recliner with feet on v plate for 15 minutes. Have ~80 more lbs to release for goal & use a rollator for walking. But in 2016 was 415 lbs & in a wheelchair.

Hi want to thank you for your video? I’m a great fan of vibration body toning on my fourth machine over the years. I’ve had a hip replacement a stroke but with the vibration machine I think I’m in the best condition. Certainly the happiest I’ve been in forever, thank you for your workout, which I did for the first time this morning, which I found really beneficial And I managed to do it exactly like yourself except the one leg lift couldn’t do that but the rest of it I found easy it was really good. I shall be doing it at my age at 79. I think I take it one day off on one day and I find that’s the most benefit for me. Let you know how I get on , many thanks, Mike Howe

What about those times when you are ‘chosen’ for a till/trolley check after using self checkout….happened to us many times. We complained about it to Customer Services and it seems to have ceased for now at least..

Have read on medical sites not to use the machine more than three times a week but you mention that this 10-minute programme is part of your daily workout - do you use the vibrating plate daily ? Is there a danger in using it often ? I'm 74 with no health issues. Again, many thanks !
I don’t see why daily is an issue. I won’t be on it if I’ve exercised as there is no need but if I haven’t exercised and I feel like moving I’ll jump on it

I don't think the video is very good. The woman is standing completely wrong. You should stand in the centre, if you stand on the outside, you put too much weight on your knees. You can see this in other videos by physiotherapists.
