Do you need to be barefoot for it to be effective?
Literally just read that you should be barefoot since shoes absorb some of the vibration. 😊
it's better for the sensation of the body and to saturate the sensory cortex in the brain but whatever you feel comfortable doing is better then nothing.

I wonder it is better to buy the more advanced 3D or 4D movement that includes 3 directions of movements? Thank you

As a former bodybuilder who has suffered a few none related to lifting injuries (I have horses too which can be brutal😂) this workout has really helped get a lot of range of motion back. Especially in my rotor cuff area and hip flexors. Thank you ❤

I want to buy one mainly for bone density improvement. But I get caught up by the different hertz, amplitude, and movements: oscillating, pulsating, & lateral. I know lower intensity and lower amplitude to begin. But from what I've read the hertz have to be in the 20-40 range and amplitude should be lower and work up to a little over 1-2?
honestly throw all that out the window and just Get a cheep one that simply vibrates from low to high, as any vibrating movement even on low will be beneficial

I’m 73.5. I love doing it. Not sure if this is the reason, but I just went from osteoporosis to osteopenia in my neck after spending time on the vibrating plate.

Wow 😮 I’ve been having pain in my left breast after I had an infected root canal removed and my intuition was telling me it had something to do with my lymphatic system. This routine finally just gave me a little bit of relief from the pain. I’m going to keep doing this daily and see if it helps clear it out. Thanks so much!! ❤️

Do you use just vibration or up and down and sideways.
I just use it up and down I don't like the left to right movement feels weird haha
