    I have used this for almost a year now and love it. I have lost weight, gained muscle, and got rid of pain I have had from a knee injury. I will never be without one of these again.

      I have plantar fasciitis and work on my feet all day. Would this shake my feet to the max? That’s what I feel I need. Could I just sit in a chair and put my feet on it? Of course I’d use it for exercise too.

    This is my second vibration oscillating machine th-cam.com/users/postUgkxfz4_K0hTJKkW57TijFZ22TJNCBCKBqZz and this one has a lot more variations and the quality is really good. My other one has a handle but with this one it’s not required the platform is wide enough and the length to be able to do more exercises with and without the handle I can do leg lifts. I use it not only for pain relief but also to help me with Diabetes circulation issues. This was a great present to myself!! It is heavy so be aware of that it’s roughly close to 40-50 lbs but still easy to move when needed. Revision 3/1/21 ; it does weigh exactly how their website mentions and really enjoy this machine and they way it shows on the platform areas to put your feet and what type of exercises it is. I have recommended their machine to my co-workers as well as my MT students. Love their customer Service for any questions or concerns very helpful and courteous!

    When I haven't exercised in a while, and then I suddenly start up again doing power walks or light running, I get this intense itchiness in my legs. I came to learn that it is from the increase in heart rate and blood flow as your heart delivers more blood and oxygen to the targeted muscles. This causes your capillaries and arteries to expand and stimulates your nerve cells, which apparently can lead to an itchy sensation.
    I received the vibrator plate from Amazon today and shortly after using it that familiar itchy sensation occurred, so it must be doing something! Excited to see my results in a month.

    I actually used one of the Swiss Wing machines (at a physical therapy center) that the pro athletes use, to completely resolved my frozen shoulder. I got zero relief from injections, pain meds and manual manipulation. But the vibration machine knocked it out in about 4 sessions.

    • @sevilcnar9968

      I have frozen shoulder and bought this machine yesterday. Can you tell me what is the best exercise for frozen shoulder?

    • @timberline1487
      @timberline1487 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@sevilcnar9968 I can only tell you what worked for me. Which was applying my shoulder directly to the vibration cylinder in 15+ minute sessions. The Swiss Wing machine is upright with a padded vibrating cylinder at chest height. I put my whole body weight into it, rolling across all areas of the joint and adjacent muscles so that the vibration could break up the fascia that was binding the joint. It's uncomfortable at first, but the more I dug into it, it started to ease up as the fascia loosened and it starts to feel so good you don't want to stop. This could probably be accomplished by placing a yoga mat on this plate and laying on the shoulder on the plate in vibration mode, rotating enough to get at all angles of the joint. This was followed by the Physical Therapist doing manual massage on the shoulders,neck and cervical spine and applying heat and electrical stimulation (TENS unit ). You will get the best results by going to a Physical Therapist who is knowledgeable about this treatment (most of them are) who may be able to give you a specific plan for sessions at the clinic and using your plate at home.

    Begist benefit of this machine: The vibrations penetrate all over your body, your muscles, your bones, your organs, your blood cells.
    1. it helps decoagulate your blood cells, preventing blood clumps and cluts, by separating blood cells spacing from each other, helping blood flow through out the body which reduces blood pressure related problems.
    2. increases bone density over time, helping osteoporosis and joint problems like rheumatoid arteritis
    3. helps loosen tight muscles fibers
    4. internally massages your organs through the vibration, improving endocrine system, and digestive functions.
    may help alleviate constipation with more frequent bowl movements
    5. will help reduce cellulites
    6. helps improve motor cortex functional balance as you do exercise while it vibrates
    7. can improve coordination and reflex as you do more asymmetrical exercises on it
    This is all thanks to the power of vibration and its healing effects on the body.
    use it 3x a day, for about 10 minutes each session. If you notice any discomfort or abnormal reaction reduce the sessions

    Did you ever look at the contradictions for using a vibrating machine? Such as you shouldn't do this with a pacemaker, metal joints, epilepsy and also don't use it for 30 mins a day because it can cause brain damage by shaking the brain inside your skull. There are no standards for the vibration, but there is vibration limits at the workplace from OSHA. (Thoughts to ponder...) And also it can loosen blood clots and cause strokes, heart attacks. (Just saying...)

    I had so much fun watching you having fun!! 1) never met a techi willing to throw caution, spare parts & user manual to the wind-really helpful for non-techies to see a pro do that. 2) I was a little worried you'd have a heart attack...I don't think you are supposed to start out at that high of a setting: 170 beats/min seems pretty fast/high. I'm so glad you didn't throw up!! 3) I found out about that ProLife vibration plate via an MD, Terry Wahls, who has pretty well self-recovered from Multiple Sclerosis, & has been helping others recover from similar chronic illnesses. The vibration plate really helps people with MS & other muscle/neuro illnesses regain muscle strength, balance, etc--even just @ the pulsation setting. 4) I am going to link her to your video b/c laughter is also great medicine for muscles and nerves. Her site in case any of your viewers want info re: MS, etc: th-cam.com/video/K84VKIoEMQU/w-d-xo.html&feature=emb_rel_end. I picked up a cheaply version of this and only just started using it. I don't think mine is as powerful as this. So far what I do is 20mins on the tread at 3.5mph, occasionally upping it to 4, 5, or 6 for 1-3mins. I have wrist weights on at 3lbs each the entire time. Then I'm in this machine for 10mins at medium to max setting and raising my arms 4x at 10sec reps. It's only been 4 days so can't say how effective this is.

    • @Zuchy101
      @Zuchy101 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@francarranza434 I don't have a medical degree to give you proper advice, this is purely from experience, these machines have high speed vibrations, and I mean super high speed vibrations that can dislodge or misalign a ligament, a muscle, a cartilage or even a bone here or there. The knees are the most susceptible to these injuries (I presume the ankles would be second in line). Here is the most important thing to know, if you are young and strong, nothing will happen, but if you are old, overweight or not in good shape, then you will have to be careful. A slight squatting, gives the body more stability and it definitely prevents knees injuries. If you are going to buy one of these platforms, just build up your stamina on slower vibrations at first, but that is unlikely, your curiosity will lead you to faster and faster vibrations....
