Of course you can! Trust me… if it‘s your childhood dream you will get there for sure! You just have to take the first step like I described in the video! I will also be making a video on how to learn a backflip on your own but it‘s not the best method. I promise you… having somebody who knows what they‘re doing teach you is by far the best method!
hey bro, thank you for all the videos you are doing, i know how to backflip on trampoline, i can do dub full on tramp but i can't backflip on ground, because i'm not scared of breaking my neck, but to hurt my ankle and knees, what can you recommend me?❤
hey bro, I would say work on your backflip technique on trampoline… make sure it‘s really good! Start using less and less bounce. Then you can start doing a backflip from the edge of the trampoline where there‘s almost no bounce. Then have somebody spot you onto a soft mat. This will probably be the best transition for you!
hey, I can do a pretty solid backhandspring and I can tuck my legs only when I put my hands on the ground, I dont know if its because I am scared or what, but I really feel stuck - do you have a recommendation for me for how to continue to a backflip from there? and I really love your vids btw, thanks
A backhandspring is different from a backflip because you‘re jumping back, not up! But it‘s a great starting point because you‘re already used to jumping backwards over your head! Have you tried progressing it on a trampoline? So doing a backhandspring but slowly adding more height and then slowly removing your arms… I‘m glad you‘re enjoying the content :)
Hey bro, what kind of ankle injury? when did it happen? It shouldn’t affect your backflip but make sure that you‘re fully healed before trying to learn one! It would be a shame if you hurt yourself and you have to start the healing process all over again. You can do strength exercises in the mean time :)
Okay… so that‘s damage to the ligaments on the side of your ankle. Those are not even really being used much in a backflip. But I would still make sure it‘s fully healed before trying to learn one just so be safe :)
You did a great haircut! I like it!
Bro backflip is my childhood dream but i can't do that😢
