@@romellhenrytgf takes a while but if you get it on a trampoline then it so much easier on ground as you already have the movement down, then its just trusting yourself and having confidence to go to ground

Hey gymnast here. Even tho i am doing full fulls and tumbling on a high level shit still scares me. You probably overcome a fear that would have taken a gymnast months ore maybe years. Even with a good coach. And i find it extremly intresting that you were able to battle that fear in 24 hours. Mad respect

Romell as someone who can backflip you should try and fully commit to it and don't stop because the only reason people get hurt is because the freeze in the air out of fear but you will be fine and if you do freeze and hurt yourself take a rest for a while and then go back to the basics
Even though you have already backflipped these tips should help you to land a backflip without assistance

Awesome video. So funny. I am right where you were. I can backflip and land on my hands and knees. It’s still very scary and I don’t consider myself able to do it because I haven’t even come close to landing on my feet.
