Thanks, buddy. I just try and be honest, treat people how I like to be treated, I do try and remember the value of money and I do realise not everyone can afford the real thing but people need to know there is definitely a trade off with these copies, cheers mate appreciate it 👍
Spot on, as you would say, they’re called knock offs for a reason, quite often no where near as good. Sometimes, it’s worth the price, and you and I have both agreed, the Devilbliss gti is very much a value for money gun. Between that, and the Meiji, you’re in there
I've never sprayed with the real thing, but I've sprayed at 3 1/2 turns out fan about one turn in from full out and and 28 psi and you have to move rather quick and it did a very good job !
Hi mate, this has a very small wet pattern, so fluid in is definitely a good place to go. It's perfectly possible to get results with the copy, but it really is very different from the original, ironically, the original would be much better suited to the person starting out, I suspect however, it's normally the other way round, obviously due to cost, cheers buddy, appreciate the comments 👍
Picked up on your comment about Upol clear. I'm a novice and that's what I'm using. I'm finding it doesn't flow out and I always get a peely finish, even with 10% thinners added. Difference between good and sags is a knife edge. Using and ANI Compact at 3.5bar as I noted your review found it gave better results which is what I'm seeing. What clear would you recommend?

I think I definitely got lucky all around. I paid about $40 for it and it lasted as a sealer gun for about 9 months before the seals went out. I still have the needle, nozzle, and cap if you want to try it out
I agree Pete I brought a couple for my shop to try just to see what these things go like and yer the cap seal last about 3 months max of daily use the pattern is centre heavy but they do spray ok ..
One of the problems with the copies is being able to get that white sealing gasket, it's not the same as the genuine guns and as you say is the first thing to go normally, cheers mate, thank you 👍

Hi Buddy, I wouldn't recommend it for obvious reasons, but yes, it's how I warm clears, base, and primers these days. If the ambient temperature is say, around 10c, I do 10 seconds per mixed 100ml, there are many advantages, with clears it helps them flow and helps them to go off, with base it helps it go off faster in the cooler weather, same for primer. The only disadvantage is if you have a lot to do, it goes off faster, that's only applicable to 2k products, of course

Is it that hard for those copyguys to copy the aircap exactly as the original? So no different hole sizes/angles etcetera but just a 1:1 copy? In that case they should be spraying pretty much identical.
If you copy a gun and want it to spray very well i would start with the aircap. 😂
Hi Harold, Yes, you would think so. The air cap that comes with these isn't a copy of anything, it's not the same as any of the Tekna Gti Pro Lite caps I have, and I have all 5 so I don't know where they got there design from 😂

What's up, buddy ✌️
