The fact that the two of you could resolve the issue in an adult way is a sign of a strong relationship. Finding someone that is willing to talk things through and come to a better understaing about each other is very valuable.
I understand what happened to you but wonder what was her intentions? For me, as a woman- if I was in Marylyn's shoes, I would be so pissed at her. She threw her charm, youth, and body at you and basically said " no strings attached". She knew you were with someone. Anyway- good video. Thank goodness she did not have a baby, you catch a disease, or she make a claim of rape. With all the men out there, why target a man with a woman and a child? I've learned the hard way.. The key is to never put yourself in a situation that can be compromising. The Bible says to "flee".. Joseph ran, didn't try to fight it. Even left his coat.. RUN!!!!
It is really hard for a foreigner not to cheat in the Philippines. There are just way too many options and the women don’t seem to mind hitting on you. I don’t condone it, but it’s just the way it is.

Calvin, I appreciate your transparency and it is a good trait to have. You are considered as an "Influencer" in the Philippines because you make vlogs which are considered influential to others. Character is what we do when no one else is looking, that is who we really are as a person. Only you can change the part of your character that makes decisions. The first step to changing the way you see something is to admit it, which you have done however, some people can never do that. If you change the way your brain sees this temptation, it will never go back to seeing it the same again.

No one asked me but Marilyn is an extremely intelligent “Goddess” of a Filipina. Yes I would be hurt but forgiving a woman of her stature would be a blessing and easy to do.
Just the quality of character warrants superior understanding and total forgiveness.
Marilyn core foundation and her superior feminine qualities are of Royal Status and her warrant a depth of recognition unknown in today’s relationships.
I asked Calvin to allow Marilyn to be cloned for a specific reason so that all her perfect skills and personality traits can be reviewed and hopefully other women can learned from the best.

Thank you for your honesty. I will disagree about who cheats more. Recent studies show women actually cheat more than men, probably because of the ease and opportunities women have or maybe they are just better at hiding their cheating. We have been conditioned into believing men cheat more but that is not true. I'm glad you and your Marilyn got past the infidelity and hopefully it was a one time thing, never to happen again. I'm happy for you two, life can be good and you're proving it.

I question the 40 % who have cheated number. I think people even in questionaires will lie. There are pathological cheaters..and they are to their core liars. Then there is the situation you found yourself in..a messy trap, entanglement, a calculated seduction. This young lady- I hope she learned something from this. She did not break your family up or get you in the end. Her actions wanted something specifically from you and she was using sex to try to achieve it. It is called LUST but not situational, Bexcuse you have already imagined in your MIND that she is beautiful, young, offering help to unknown people, choosing you to be the co helper, insistance on her part to convince you, you gave up DUE TO LUST but not resist the temptation, eventhough she reminded you your own same age daughter , that went over your head. The amount of Lays potato chips here in Thailand and the Philippines that you will have access to is limitless. So have your self control in check when you plan to retire here. I went through it many times, and being a photographer, there where many times I went into the Lays bag to grab another chip..

Us foreigners come to the Philippines to relax but what we don't realize about the Philippines is that it can be too good and sometimes when things are so easy it can be a problem.
I bet, sometimes we can get caught up if we lose focus. It happens, just need to get back up, learn from our mistakes, and move on.
