Ingredients:
Yogurt Sauce:
1 cup Greek yogurt, at room temperature
1 clove garlic, mashed
½ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (optional)
Poached Eggs:
2 eggs
1 tablespoon light-colored vinegar (or lemon juice)
Spiced Butter Sauce:
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (pul biber, Aleppo or crushed dried chilli)
1 teaspoon paprika
Garnish:
Chopped fresh dill
Red pepper flakes

I recommend black pepper for yogurt and a tiny bit cumin at the end
Too much butter and too much oil. Too much souce in the egg and yogurt. Where is sumac?
What in fresh hell is straining an egg?
You don’t have to strain the excess water but doing it will minimize the mess in the pot while poaching the eggs
You probably don't do your own dishes. A lot of extra work.
