Nice quick strength workout. I appreciate the preview at the beginning (who does that?). Plus the instructions before each move are super clear. Would you consider a 45 second timer?
This was CHALLENGING and TOUGH and I LOVED IT even though I had to use 5 Pounds I tstill got heart pumping and my muscles are so on 🔥🔥🔥! Thank- u for another GREAT workout guys!😅😊

Hello from Ireland Guys .Love this one brilliant fast 20-minute .i never miss a day of fitness. with ye guys for years before ye came along i was with jillian Michael. one thing i think ye should get into is ah 2 week abs challenge .i think ye would be unreal at that .love that videos on abs do them all the time .but ah abs challenge from 5min to 18 min for 2 weeks would be unreal ❤ ❤
great exercises, but for a 20 minute workout, it would be great if there was less down time in between each exercise, and maybe warm-up and cool-down on our own. I would love the 20 minutes to really "count"
