Wow, it is so nice to see people enjoying San Miguel! I am a Canadian who has lived in MX for the past 9 years. Tequisquiapan, Mexico City and San Miguel. Mexico is very very special, the people, culture, colours, music, food . . . I could go on and on. Right now I am "coviding" in Canada and miss SMA. Thank you for showing me home :)
I saved the places where you had coffee and food...i ll make sure to try those when we visit san Miguel...(we are vegetarian family who love Mexico 🇲🇽❤ It's interesting to us when you get options suitable for our food requirements 🙂 so Thank you!) Sabrina 🇬🇧
I'M NEW BUT HANDS DOWN YOUR VIDEOS ARE THE BEST AND EXACTLY WHAT I NEED RIGHT NOW!!!!! I liked tiny house life then during Covid started watching van life, but have explored all that, but you guys have the content I've been looking for. I think it ups my good brain chemicals, and brings up my hope level to super happy vibes! Many loves! Thank you! And your earrings are so cute!
How lucky are you guys having a great time in Mexico 🇲🇽 Dennis looks more relax and it seems both are you are enjoying the adventure in Mexico. Thanks for sharing 👍
My friends are there right now! They love going out to dinner, so they’re gonna be checking out all of those restaurants! Right now I’m living vicariously through them and you. 🥰
Rita, what did your friends say about what it's like there with Covid? From what I've gleaned online it's a bit of a ghost town and the Covid protocols are extensive, including fines for not wearing a mask when walking the street. I want to go very soon (I've been in MC for a few weeks) for a month to study Spanish and soak up the town but it sounds like I may be missing alot due to Covid or living in a mask. Eat See RV, any thoughts as well? Should I wait perhaps or carpe diem? I suspect Covidmania isn't going away any time soon.......
@@jonathanlevy3747 Hi Johnathon. Face masks are a big deal....gotta have em. They absolutely Love it there, though. I totally believe in carpe diem!! Viva la Mexico!!!
I was greatly surprised by this video of my home town today! Well done you guys and I'm so glad and happy that you guys enjoyed all that you encountered in SMA 😃thanks for sharing! You just made my day!🙏🏼 Have a safe trip back in the USA.
I have enjoyed your entire trip through Mexico. Most RV'ers on youtube dont seem to travel/explore the interior. Its so stunning. Together, Newstate and you have put together an amazing trip. Thankyou for sharing it with us
Great vídeo and recommendations. I live in San Miguel de Allende and probably You missed to visit El Manantial a nice chic canteen, Los Milagros restaurant and other amazing places. But hope you can come again. Thanks for featuring our great town.
Eat See RV -Simple, A sovereign nation must have strong borders, wall create a strong border. Immigration is essential to America, but illegal immigration hurts America and Americans!! Walls = String borders. I love watching your videos but I caught the message about walls and smiling behind your mask. If your channel is going to be political that’s fine but I watch for the travel. But I will stand for my political views. I do enjoy you both, but I had to reply. Be safe and I intend to keep supporting your channel!!
Nice job, guys! I've lived here, well, like forever (19 years--from the States), and I haven't eaten in any of those places. I'm so ashamed. Come back, we need more cool people.
You definitely brought out the EAT in Eat See RV on this VLOG! Thank You for introducing us to this beautiful town. Very nice footage and music (good choices Liz). Dennis....I do like the Bday gift from Liz....however I hate snakes.....I wish she would have went for a Day of the Dead theme.....but it does look good on you. In regards to the churros....I honestly cannot remember in any of the past videos Dennis ever saying he was not a big fan of a certain food.....We need to mark this date down in history.....let me know if I am wrong..... The salt shaker was cool....every time you show the inside of the RV from this point on I will be looking hard to see if you did indeed take it home.
Hahahha your comments are always such a joy. You're right there are very few things Dennis would say he's not a fan of. Glad you enjoyed the music choice that's always one of the hardest parts of editing. ☺️ Thank you for watching and leaving such fun comments!
Love your videos. First, you don’t use stupid, exaggerated facial expressions, second, natural presentation style, third, cool content-sites-food. Safe travels. Keep it up.
Another lovely video highlighting Mexico's treasures. The food looks amazing. I could almost taste it. I ❤️ avocados by the way. Yummiest ever! What a colorful country. 🎥❤️👍
just stumbled across your video...I've been to SMdeAllende many times...would you please share where the camping/RV location is? great video! IMO June and July are the best months to visit (aside from the normal crowds) because of the afternoon rains that cool you down and wash everything!
Hi Michael! Glad you found our channel and enjoyed the video. It's a beautiful place and the weather was lovely when we were there. The name of the hotel pops up on during check in and if you click the video description we share the location there too! ☺️
Just discovered your channel. Beautifully done! I've been planning RVing through Mexico for a year now. Growing up we used to do it almost every year for Christmas. Some of my fondest memories. But lately, folks have been trying to scare me out of it for safety reasons, which I roll my eyes about. How do you guys keep safe while driving? Any tips? Obviously, you guys are having a blast. Making me want to hurry up my plan.
Thank you! That sounds like a wonderful experience growing up. We didn't drive at night and always had a plan with a backup plan for where we could sleep. But other than that we just listened to our gut and stayed aware. Biggest risks are in border towns and we didn't experience anything personally that made us nervous or unsafe. Hope it works out for you!
We bought ours in Florida it was used so we got an okay deal on it. We don't like sharing the specific numbers as values and prices are different where ever you are and based on demand.
This was filmed 3 months after the shutdowns in April. Any of our current videos will illustrate upstate better. Masks are still required in every state we've been in. - Dennis ✌️
I can’t believe it took you so long to eat churros in Mexico! I didn’t realize margaritas are a gringo thing. San Miguel de Allende is cute, I can see why it is popular. As usual, all the food looks so yummy. If you have Hulu you may find “Taste the Nation” interesting. First episode is El Paso / Juarez.
Hahaha I know I know. I can't believe it either. It is very cute and we too get why people like it so much. That's next up on our list of shows to watch -- can't wait! Thanks for the recommendation! - liz
So funny to see the contrast between a total vegetarian and a true meat eater, so cute. I have been to San Miguel twice and sad to see it deserted. Are there enough restaurants opened and worth visiting now ?
Yes absolutely. And a bit deserted is okay because it means people are social distancing. It will come back as thriving hustling and bustling city soon enough. In the meantime though plenty of wonderful places to explore and eat at!
Did you miss the kissing alley? Where apartments are so close that lovers can kiss from window to the apartment across the alley? Sorry that’s in Guanajuato which is close by. You need to go there too
No masks in SMA - more "winners" it appears - what a great example for everyone.. Glad you had a good time. We are here too but we respect the lives and health of the locals as well as fellow expats and with the covid infection rates here highest yet, we are still living behind closed doors now for going on 15 weeks. You guys enjoy yourselves. This crisis called for most travelers like us to anchor somewhere - apparently only some of us feels it pertains. Yea I'd love to walk around the jardin as well but I have respect.
Glad you feel that way and have chosen the path that feels right for you. We self isolated for over 3 months and are heading back to the USA. We wore masks the entire time as did everyone else. We washed our hands and followed protocols. We're comfortable with our choice. Hope you enjoyed the video
Another virtue signaling ignoramus. The total number of coronavirus deaths does not exceed 0.1% of the total population in any country. The death rate from coronavirus is less than 0.01% of the total world population, meaning that 99.99% of the world's population so far has survived the epidemic and the virus is negligibly lethal. And the total death numbers have been inflated to fit the fearmongering narrative.

Borders with walls are essential to a sovereign nation. That puts a smile behind my mask!!
Hi Mike, I'm going to need some clarity from you on this one.
🧐In what ways are walls essential to a sovereign nation?
Thank you! - Dennis ✌️

Glad it was helpful for you. This was back in June so it could be different now although I have a feeling many places will still be closed.
