  • Create High-End Cracked Paint Skin Texture in Photoshop! Learn How to Crack a Face with Blend Modes, Liquify, and Smart Masking.
    In this tutorial, firstly we will use blending modes to get the cracked paint texture to match the skin. Then, we will use Liquify to mould the texture according to the dimensions of the face. To add more depth to the texture, we will make use of several adjustment layers like Levels and Curves.
    We will then, very carefully, mask in the texture in areas that we want, and at the end, apply a global effect like Color Lookup Adjustment Layer to bring it all together.
    Hope this tutorial helps to expand your creative outlet. Thank you for watching :)

    Love your videos, so very helpful!! I do have a question on this one, at right about 10 minutes you see the image, both eyes showing, then the camera is on you, then when it goes back to the image the right eye is gone, how did you do that part? Thanks so much!

    • @PiXimperfect
      @PiXimperfect  2 ปีที่แล้ว +16

      Hi Uri, that's an amazing question! Thank you so much for pointing that out. During the editing process of the video, it seems I have accidentally cut out that part. The way the right eye was taken away is by using the patch tool. Just simply use the patch tool in the subject layer to select and remove the eye and the eyebrow. I hope that makes sense :)

    Hi... really learn a lot from your channel. I guess your channel is one of the best photoshop tutorial I know. Don’t mind me asking i am curious most of your model images (portrait editing) tutorials are taken from western countries, few oriental photos and rarely images (or model) from your own country. Are your studio located in India or else where?

    If you add slight Blend-If effect to the pain texture, you can make the skin be visible in between the pain cracks, which will make it even more surreal.
