Hy how to us skin
I've been working on getting the right skin texture FOREVER and this just filled in a lot of the gaps I was missing, thank you!
You're welcome!
I've been using photoshop for 20 years now and this guy's stuff blows me away. Makes me feel like when I first started playing with the program lol. It's always cool to add techniques to the belt. Dope content man.
I love tutorials like this which take my editing to the level! Thanks for sharing this great technique!! God bless. 😊
SO helpful and easy to follow--thank you!!
this probably the best tutorial about skin texture ive ever seen 🤝 thankyou
Photoshop is literally a kitchen and this is by far the easiest, yet most effective recipe I've come across to get this job done. Nice.
Congratulations on the video. This technique really takes the finishing results to a whole new level. Thank you.
You're welcome, Bruno!
Fascinating... I'm going to give this a try for skin textures for 3D figures (as in Poser / DAZ Studio). No need to worry about the skin wrap around since it will be on a flat material surface - it can be lit from the top, or even used to generate a bump map or normal map. The figure's 3D mesh will take care of the wrap around (Z axis) effects.
Your explanation for every step is really helpful, very beginner-friendly
Thank you, Trung Nghĩa Võ Đình!
God knows how you did it in 11 mins. You explained it all. For experts, for noobs, for tablet. Amazing. Thank you!!

Brilliant! Best method and tutorial on skin texture. Thank you!
You're welcome, Frank!
I used a part of the subject's skin to recreate the pattern and then did this. Makes it easier to work with in harder lighting conditions but this is actually a pretty good way to do it👍👍👍
how can i find a video to learn how to do it ?
@daxaleman165 idk bro. I came up with it by myself 😅
@@daxaleman165 learn how to create textures first

Your tutorials are always easy to follow along sir
Thank you, NNNedlog!
Such a well paced and well explained tutorial video. Another tip to reduce the effect is selected areas such as the tip of the nose, would be to use the eraser tool set to 0% hardness, and probably between 10-20% opacity to soften the effect. This allows you to be a bit more selective than when using the mask tool and makes applying the mask, less fiddly.
Great Video!
Awesome tutorial
And here I have been using Gray>Noise>Emboss(>offset) to create my pore textures, though I like how with this method you can rotate the texture to correspond with the light source dynamically (at least before rasterizing)
Thank you for this! You are the best! Many blessings to you! ❤️

PS doesn't fail to amaze me till date! Thanks for the great tutorial!
An excellent technique that takes into account all the features of the portrait, including the depth of field! Maybe using a displacement map instead of liqify filter will give a similar result?
Thanks! And the displacement map could work. But it requires some trial and error for something like this. I prefer to do it manually with Liquify.
extraordinary explanation , it's highly appreciated, thanks.
Thank you, @emperor.augustus!
Excellent, but we weren't expecting less from you! ☺I hope you're well, take care!

Thank you, 阿布相机手册!
Thanks for this. I'm currently trying to find the best approach to add realistic skin to MidJourney's faces, as they mostly look horribly synthetic. I haven't yet found a convincing way to solve this issue with the PS's generative fill function (using 50% grey on an alpha channel) but I suspect it's possible.
Thank you dude
thank you sir for this tutorial...
