This meditation did for me what extensive therapy from the Army and VA couldn't do. For over a decade, I had back pain, and I kept hearing that surgery was the only option. There might be something you’d want to look into-the practice I was trained in is called MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction), which was developed at the University of Massachusetts Medical School to support people dealing with chronic pain and stress-related conditions. By using mindfulness to calm the nervous system and shift how we relate to pain, many participants found relief-even sometimes reducing the intensity of the pain itself. It might be worth looking into MBSR and seeing if that resonates with you. There are teachers and groups all around the US. For almost a decade, I went through physical and mental health therapy. My therapist has been asking me to meditate for years. I never could have anticipated the way it would help me, and I hope to share it with other folks like myself. Again, thank you for this gift of healing, brother. I really can't put into words how grateful I am to have found this. The world needs more healers, fewer soldiers!
Happily you turned up on my algorithm. I love the similarity to yoga nidra in the slow body parts relaxation. The natural nature sounds fit in wonderfully. I appreciate you didn't feel the need to add any musical soundtrack. I truly felt I was laying in a meadow out in nature held by mama earth. ❤🙏

Thanks so much for sharing this! Trampling neighbours above my head and pain and no sleep at night not day. I will search for the rest of your contents of there is a meditation without birds singing in the background as they trigger waking up with their high pitched songs as that's how it is in Nature. It's beautiful but not conducive to sleep. I didn't invent this! I learned it somewhere and indeed, it wakes me up as well. Thank you again for sharing this! I will share it with my friends ❤

I really like the fact that there is no music attached to this medication. I find mysic highly distractive. This alone makes it perfect for me ❤️

Beautiful voice, lovely relaxation though I was looking for specific Vagus nerve work so was a little disappointed that it didn't really come into it.
Just put your intention towards it as he explains its location at the beginning
